Not sure what market they are trying to attract now . Tried getting a gate latch . No separate purchase . Hinges bolts latch bottom in all in one bag only $50 . Expensive if you want a bolt or a latch . And didn't notice any bulk items like pest control all small expensive quantities of rat poison etc . If you only want 500 grams go to Bunnings it's cheaper

Access via both entrances and car park are a breeze, but as for service and communication...well thats on a level with the worst businesses ive come across.I use to frequent this business often but now its at a minimal as whenever i do it reminds me why i dont shop here any more.its a shame though as this business use to be a thriving business.the staff are lazy and unhelpful..not sure if this is a business focused on wholesale or retail but as someone involved in business, the idea of the retailer walking in off the street and purchasing the same product at the same price as someone that spends 10's of thousands of dollars is kind of tellingi would NOT recommend this business

Generally helpful, but better prices available elsewhere. I was after a 10% discount on a Silvan sprayer which I'd been offered elsewhere but couldn't deal with at the time. Today's response from EE Muir was, Nah buddy - price is what's in the catalogue". Went to Hastings Produce instead

I purchased a drench gun at Muirs in Clyde which ceased to operate after about 18 months and took it back to see if anything could be done, not expecting too much, in fact, thought I would be just purchasing a new one. Staff member Ken dismantled it, cleaned and reassembled it returning it in working order for no charge, Great service, highly reccommend this business.

Brilliant customer service...I had no idea how to install an electric fence & was shown everything I needed plus a diagram...worked a treat & we can now rest easy that our dog wont escape.
