There's no prices on the cakes and slices, drinks etc. So you don't know how much anything is .Which means you could be charged any amount. I was charged $14 for 2 party pies a can of drink and a slice . Very over priced.The cakes and slices are nice. But the pies and party pies, in the pie warmer are only luke warm. I also found gristle in both party pies. Never had this at other bakeries. They should be much hotter due to food regulations.

Good service and open 7 days a week, great flavoursome chunky beef and pepper pie, don't know that I will be able drive past again without stopping for another.Well done, Cheers Ken

Food is very nice but the customer service by the older lady with short grey hair is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It makes you not want to come back again with how she treats you.

I probably stop in about twice a week as its on my way to work. I think i might just give it a miss now.I get the same thing everytime and for some reason i pay a different price everytime and they love to throw in a charge for cards whenever they feel like it (even if its over their $6 limit)But the final straw was today, i walked in and went straight to the counter. The women behind the counter ignored me and went to the women who walked in right after me. And when i was finally served by another attendent the only words she spoke to me was 'what do you want'.Some consitant pricing and some good old customer service would go down real well.

I was extremely disappointed in the service of the staff members attitude, I had to ask twice for a specific roll fillings in a simple roll she couldn’t care less! and gave me half a roll fillings that I paid for, if I didn’t ask her she clearly didn’t listen! May have won awards displayed on shop window but not in service.

Pastery is very nice coffee is less than average the old lady serving us struggles to even put a fake smile on her face... A bit of improvement on customer service will go a long way...

Very traditional bakery with incredible value food. Amazing pies and pasties with lots of vegan and gluten free options. The cakes are incredible, and the coffee is very very good. This is an absolute gem! You can’t go wrong. Lovely people too!
