We had our 7yo twins’ birthday party at UNCo and it was a fun, stress free experience throughout. Staff are awesome, facilities clean and the place has lots of terrain variety to keep kids engaged for a long stretch. The interactive climbing wall where kids had to touch animated characters was a big hit. Bouldering is a great option to get younger kids climbing as it doesn’t involve ropes or waiting around. Would definitely recommend it for a party or individual session.Alex and Hiromi

We love this place! Both kids always have fun here using up some energy. It's a great place to do some climbing without the hassle of ropes etc and having to wait in line. My eldest loves the interactive screen and my youngest has decided it's where she wants to have her birthday party this year. Definitely worth a visit.

My 8 year old son is a semi-regular at Bouldering as his friends gave him a ten pack pass as part of joint gift. Last week there was only him and his friend at the session. Summer who was on the floor went above and beyond to make it fun. Where possible Craig always tried to support and teach them previously but never seen this from one of the younger employees. Came away with two very happy campers and no boredom at all. Thank you Summer for going the extra mile.

Love this place. Climb all the time with our 3 kids, it's such great exercise and learning for them. And i enjoy it too :-)Kelly and Craig, and all the staff are friendly, helpful and encouraging. The climbs are graded, so suitable for everyone from the absolute beginner to those more advanced. There's a family friendly atmosphere and everyone is encouraged.Can't recommend highly enough, best way to spend an hour in Warringah Mall!

These guys are the best and the whole set up is amazing, Kelly, Craig and the team. Our weekends are full of Can we go to Unco today ?"... Seriously both our kids (8yr & 5yr) would be there everyday given half a chance! Its a great workout for the kids and their climbing skills and general self confidence have improved no end since we found these guys. Please support an awesome local family business and its worth every cent. Kids can have fun while you have a decent coffee or even drop them off and go shopping for an hour in peace!"

Good experience at this venue when I took one of my kids there for a birthday party. The staff are very friendly and were very apologetic upon arrival when I advised of the difficulty finding the place. It's located upstairs in the BLUE P5 Rooftop carpark. I made a map to show other first timers the easiest way to get to Umbrella Nine Co. at Warringah Mall in Brookvale. If you're already inside the mall, the best wat to get there is via the elevator that is between the right hand side of the Main Entrance to Myer and the store Cotton On (at the time of writing this)
