I have been going to Helensvale Dental for more than 10 years. I can honestly say that the team has always been very friendly and helpful. They are most professional in their work and I look forward to seeing the team every 6 months for my regular checkups.

Helensvale Dental is affordable, flexible with payment methods and they provide a fantastic service. My daughter isn’t fond of dentists due to previous experiences so when we found out that she required braces, we attended multiple orthodontists for quotes and assessments - but we really needed to be guided by her preferred choice. She chose Helensvale Dental and she has always been happy to attend with no anxiety. they are flexible with slotting her in when needed at the last minute and her teeth are already starting to align in a short amount of time. I would recommend their services to anyone who is nervous with dentists, requiring braces or is looking for an affordable solution.

We are so thankful that we were referred to Helensvale Dental by a colleague when my daughter required braces. We knew we'd found a special clinic from the moment of her first visit. Consequently, we made this our go-to clinic for the whole family.The team at Helensvale Dental are so warm and welcoming. The girls at the front immediately make you feel at ease with their genuinely friendly and caring demeanour. I should also mention that the waiting room is spacious and comfortable with iPads for the kids and coffee for the grown-ups.And when it comes to the actual dental work, Jin, Jess, Nat and all the dental assistants are so kind, caring and professional. They also explain everything in easy-to-understand language and they are amazing with kids, including them in the discussions about treatment plans and rationales, and encouraging them to ask loads of questions.I can't rate Helensvale Dental highly enough and we are so glad to have found them!

I have been using Helensvale Dental since they opened. I have my regular check-ups there and I've had all range of dental work done, including several crowns, by them. Dr Kim and his team are skilled, always friendly and efficient. I highly recomend them to anyone needing dental services, large or small.

I cannot emphasise enough how impressed I am with Helensvale Dental. I've had regular checkups, cleanings, fillings and orthodontic braces here. Dr Jin, Chloe, Lauren and all the staff are exceptional and go above and beyond. They are incredibly friendly and attentive. They have a genuine passion for their work, consistently making sure I feel comfortable and well-informed. The place is immaculate, with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. I highly recommend them!

Over many years I have had lots of dental work by the Helensvale Dental team and Dr. Jin, as well as regular check ups by Natalie. Dr. Jin recently fitted my beautiful, natural veneers and implants which I am over the moon with, they are my dream teeth. The team are a beautiful bunch of people which are exceptionally kind hearted, supportive, professional and gentle. I always feel so comfortable and welcomed here. Staff are extremely transparent, explaining each step of the process in a way that is understandable and are willing to answer questions, easing any worries. The team is never pushy, unlike other practices and present you with many options to choose from. The clinic is modern and always spotless. Their follow up care is also amazing with phone calls to check in after procedures like extractions and other guidance. Lauren, Ebony & Cassie on the front desk are the best! Helensvale Dental have an incredibly high standard of dentistry and service, I truly cannot recommended them enough. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth and am so grateful and appreciative for this amazing team!

I highly recommend Helensvale Dental. All of the staff are brilliant. They are kind, considerate, and caring. The staff explain to you any treatment that is required so that you have a complete understanding of any work that is needed to be done. After any major work the staff telephone you the next morning to check how you are going and if you have any concerns. A magnificent and brilliant all round team at Helensvale Dental. They are the best!
