Really strange service we received. My son got a haircut. We didn't book, the salon was empty and I saw 4 staff, they said come back in 20 minutes. We did that and now my son has a really uneven fringe, I haven't known a hairdresser before to not cut a straight line, really bad experience and $28 for a very simple kids cut

Regularly get my hair cut here. Regularly get a good hair cut. Polite, friendly staff.

Girls were not very nice at all, no smiling no nice welcoming. Also had to wait 1 hour for a trim and my sister wanted a hair cut which she waited well over an hour jsut to be told she didn’t even book her in and put 2 other kids before her and tried to make us wait even longer. No apology’s nothing, and tried blaming it on us. Not to mention girl who did my hair was very rough. Would NOT recommend going there.

I had myself treated today for baliyage for my long hair which i paid $260 for.Although the hospitality was good , i did not get what i really wanted for my hair today. I do understand that it will not always be exactly the same but i had expected more for paying that much.I did not expect to pay an extra $65 in addition to the $260 ( $260 included foils, toner and cut which was more of like a trim). I didnt get it blow dryed because the $65 was too muchjust for that . I walked out of there with my hair still wet and didnt get to appreciate the final product.To have paid $260, you would think that would already be included. Once my hair dried at home, it looked more like foils than baliyage and it still had an orange tone ( the stylist and i agreed on ash tone).Just quite disappointed. This is the first time i had to walk out with my hair still wet from a salon.Photos of what i wanted and what i got (with me drying my hair and curling at home).

Last month i had a hair cut and highlights, didn't get the style i like. But it came out good. I came today for another hair cut but was told it is policy to wash and cut. I washed my hair already and was not prepared to pay $92 and just wanted a cut. I was told that this is policy. I am the customer and did not come for your policy though. It looks like that you are incompetent of providing just a haircut. I don't care about your policy as a customer. You lost a customer today.

I would like to say thanks to the wonderful staff, they definitely know how to not do what you asked for, I had a picture for reference. The hairdresser lady said she doesn't like doing the style of fringe I was wanting. Her assistant was there and it was really awkward as she was showing her what to do which I've never seen this before. For someone that has shaved and bright pink fringe thing going on shouldn't be telling me what she doesn't like, she says..... I don't cut fringes that short".... "I don't like doing them"... She particularly doesn't have the nicest hair style going on ... But hey if you're into that out dated trashy fuchsia top tail shaved around whatever style you even wanna call that then hey you know what I think its definitely not what I would say no to her if she was my customer . DEFINITELY WILL NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN."

Worst experience ever,Had my hair cut from below my butt to my shoulder, they completely butchered it, did not cut it how I asked, cut one side WAY too short so had to cut all my hair that length, also gave me false information about my hair typeDO NOT GO HEREI went somewhere else to fix and even they couldn’t believe the job this so called “professional” had done.
