Active Nutrition Pantry
I struggle with severe chronic fatigue and gut dysfunction following a serious illness that required long term antibiotics. Jenni from Active Nutrition Team has been assisting me each week for the past 18 months with planning and preparation of nutritious meals that support my health.More recently, Jenni has supported me to understand and manage my food intolerances by supervising a dietary elimination program and a variety of food challenges. She developed appropriate meal plans for my specific needs, and I am beginning to really enjoy the benefits of being in control of my food, instead of it controlling me. Thanks Jenni!

I did Active Nutrition Team's 10 day Reset Program with Jen at the end of 2020 and loved it!Jen's enthusiasm, knowledge and practical application of the principals were fantastic.It helped me specifically get back to eating more what my body needs, rather than impulse or routine.I would highly recommend anyone to try this easy to follow and apply, super yummy and highly nutritious eating program.
