Victorian Bathroom Company did a great job with our bathroom renovation. With only one small bathroom in the unit the occupant moved out whilst the work was underway, although a portable bathroom was offered on site. We had a couple of delays to start date with Covid, but Alex was always prompt in keeping us informed. Thanks to Kathy for her styling help, and to Jamie in the first instance for his suggestions for the new layout. We are very happy with the quality of the work and fittings chosen. All contact was very professional and we have no hesitation in recommending Victorian Bathroom Company for this type of work.

From the very outset VBC were hugely responsive, friendly and professional - and working around the challenging circumstances of Covid-19 restrictions. They transformed our dated bathroom into one that is beautiful, classic and enormously relaxing. They were 'artisans' in their trades. Jamie, and the team, were always punctual and very considerate of the impact of renovating, while we were still in the home. We love our new bathroom, it's a small haven. What a team. Our thanks to Jamie, Alex, Kathy, Adam and Rob for such a professional job. Our main bathroom and en suite are superb. The attention to detail and help with choices from Kathy, nothing was ever too much trouble. Adam and Rob who were always so tidy and punctual, and answered my continual questions. It's perfect and puts a smile on my face each day.

We had a shower repair/ remodel done by the Victorian Bathroom Company. Their service was exceptional! From the initial quote to the completion of the job they were very professional. The quote provided for the job was very detailed but they also allowed us to make changes as we see fit (we decided to upgrade to a twin shower head and install a new toilet) the job was completed in the allocated time and completed to a very professional standard. I would recommend VBC and happy to use them again for our next bathroom project.

Thanks to Alexandra, Jamie, Adam, Rob, Mark and the whole team at Victorian Bathroom Company. We had our ensuite and main bathroom totally remodelled and new tiles added to our balcony floor... a 5-6 week effort with 3 months lockdown in between.Throughout this time Alex provided regular updates and helped us with all of the early design and requirements (badly needed), Jamie looked after all the project management ensuring we didn't need to worry about lining up supplies or trades (difficult with supply chain issues but seamless to us), Mark re-built our ensuite floor (which was in very bad shape to start with) and Adam and Rob turned the empty shells back into (what we believe) are now great looking bathrooms!We're very happy with the finished results, built with meticulous quality and great care... they even tidied up at the end of each day. We highly recommend VRC who may not be the cheapest but are arguably the best value for money.

The team did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation. We had to wait some time for the job to start because they are so busy, but it was worth it. Very professional, good advice and the result is exactly what we hoped for. I particularly liked that they kept the site neat and then cleaned up and left our place spotless at the end.

As first time renovators, we expected the process to be complicated and challenging.
