I can honestly say the service from Digicam was the worst I have experienced, anywhere ever. Overpriced, pushy, continued delays, no feedback, would not even use my name (what was that all about?).Oh, and the flash head that is went in for? Wasnt fixed.Avoid like the plague.Nikon D750

These guys are absolutely fantastic! I've sent 2 lenses to them, as well as my camera body twice and each time they've come back perfect!After one repair returned with a different issue (through no fault of theirs), they organised to have the camera shipped back to them, repaired urgently as it was needed for a shoot within the coming weeks, and sent back for FREE!Their service is amazing, and the crew are an absolute delight to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs any camera repairs done.For reference, the camera body mentioned was a Sony A7III and the lenses were 24-70GM and 70-200GM.

Digicam made it easy for me to get my camera to them even though I do not live in a capital city. They acknowledged when the received it and kept me updated on a regular basis. Digicam advised me when my repaired camera was shipped and called to confirm that I had received it and and was happy with the repairs.

Had a busted lens and needed to shoot a wedding in 2 weeks. Their communication throughout the repair process was exceptional and knowing my requirements they proiritised the repair and shipped it back super fast. I thought I would be hiring a lens for the wedding but thanks to Digicam I didn't need to.

This team, Digicam, is so professional and so efficient. I asked them to fix my Sony 24-70 GM lens. I thought it might take 1 - 2 months, but I got my lens back within two weeks, including the shipment. And the lens they fixed is so perfect. It’s like a brand new one. There aren’t any marks, any scratches on it. I don’t even believe they have fixed it. I am very satisfied with this experience. I am a professional videographer, and I will definitely recommend this team to all my friends and colleagues.
