Christine really got to know me and really took the time to understand how we wanted the feel of the wedding. The wedding arbour Christine put together was so stunning and everyone wanted photos under it! Thanks Christine for such beautiful flower arrangements!

A friend overseas ordered flowers to be sent to us after our wedding, as a surprise. The flowers were not delivered, even though my friend was told that they had been delivered.I had a phone call from a woman on Thursday asking if we would be at home at 6pm for a delivery. No flowers were delivered so I rang on Friday morning to ask where they were. I was told that the driver had the wrong address and that fresh flowers would be delivered at 2.30 pm. Still no flowers.Does this business even exist?DO NOT USE BRISBANE FRESH FLOWERS!Sally (Red Hill)

Christine was a breath of fresh air. She wasn't out to charge us the world with our flowers. I sent her photos of my grandmothers flowers and she did the most amazing job to replicate them. I got everything I wanted and more. She went over and above to make sure my flowers arrived on time for my wedding.

No complaints at all. Ordered from California in my early afternoon, ordered for a PM delivery in Australia and bingo, it was done! Probably could've been an AM delivery, but didn't want to be a wake up call. So, was delivered same day, was beautiful, note was attached per the site, and my friend absolutely loved the arrangement! Payment was made by Paypal, the site made it easy, the florist delivered, what more could I possibly ask for from the other side of the world? Thanks so very much, it made her day!

One star is too nice! Twice Christine told me that she would refund my $679 for a service that was NOT given. Both times she failed to refund the money. Do not use this service! She will take your money and then ignore all your calls and emails. She lies at every step of the way. Do not believe a word she says! I have never been so disgusted with a service, so much so that this is the first time I have ever written a review about anyone. I want others to know not to use Brisbane Fresh Flowers!

I started looking for a flower shop that would tie me a nice and extravagant bouquet of flowers and know something about it. And lo and behold, there are still those who are nice and happy at work. Here I was greeted nicely and given excellent advice and service! The bouquet was more than very successful!Thanks for that, I'll be faithful to you!

I do not personally recommend this company, I payed a total of $6000.00 to this business for my wedding, i canceled 3 months in advanced and asked for a refund. I have emailed, called, facebook inboxed more the 20 times with only some communication back with excuse after excuse on when she would refund the money. Now i get absolutely no response- once again, i had even contacted fair trade and she agreed on a payment between them her and myself that she yet again did not abide by.

Do not use this Florist! Fake 5 star reviews!She is untrustworthy, lies constantly and extremely unprofessional. Words can’t express how angry I am with this so called company if thats what you can call it. Christine txted me relentlessly for a full payment on our order. She flooded me with calls and txts daily. Once the money was handed over Christine disappeared. She ignored all phone calls, emails and messages. No service was received. I do not understand how this lady has not been shut down! Oh and those 5 star ratings are her friends! Absolutly disgusted!
