The guy was cleaning. I selected my food. Waited for him to finish, he reassembled what he was cleaning.Then took it all apart and started again while I was standing right beside him waiting to be served.I put the food back and walked out.Fair enough he was cleaning and I waited for him but he did not seem to care someone was waiting to be served while he decided his cleaning was not good enough.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Horrible customer serviceOn Facebook, Instagram and even at the store, it said there was a sale. A donut and a drink for $2 however when heading to the 7-eleven in Bankstown. We found out that it was only 70% off the donut. On the banner at the store, it says. Buy a donut with any drink for $2." With pictures of a slurpee

Have always found the store neat and tidy and the staff to be extra courteous. The store manager Mr tabish was very humble and friendly. I took 2 (1.25 litres) to the counter when the Manager informed me about the 3 softdrinks for $10 deal. Saved me a few bucks. The manager greeted me so kindly and seemed to be very helpful. Kudos to the team.

Customer service rep unfortunately charged wrong item which was non-refundable and to my dismay was not apologetic and took no responsibility and did not offer any assistance to ameliorate the error. Staff did look tired which may had attributed to the error so a review of their safety and health management system may be required.Corporate was prompt to respond to my query but like the store staff, took no action to address the issue, took no responsibility, no apology and ignored further correspondance.

My car broke down last week near the station road and in the early morning, despite of the rush hour,the manager was so keen enough to let me in,gave me a glass of water and offered me a cup of coffee. Then left with me to check my car. I was really awestruck with his cool gesture. Kudos to Tabish. This bloke is a such a good man

This 7-Eleven is NOT open 24/7. It actually closes very early every single night. But other than that, it's just another typical 7-Eleven store. Also if ever there is a slurpee promotion on (eg: bring your own cup day etc) the slurpee machine will coincidentally be Out of Order" or "Broken" every single time...."

The CSR at the store is very well mannered and always helps me out, and me being the stores regular customer I still remember he gave me the free coffee vouchers so that I could have free coffee in such a terrible rain outside. Best store in town !
