Stood there for 20mins waiting for someone to help with a coffee machine. Asked a staff member and he said he would get someone (he was standing there having a social chat). Waited another 5 mins and just walked out. I knew exactly what I wanted - just needed someone to find it for me but they were too busy at 2:00pm on a Monday…..

Had a wonderful experience buying an air fryer and clothes dryer for my elderly parents. Liam M our Good Guys appliance specialist was knowledgable, efficient and understanding of who would be using the products. And he did a great deal for us. Thanks Liam - great customer service!

Omg never again, they sent me two invoices and I go to pick the items up and get told by the loading bay they werent paid . Ok its a simple mistake. So we asked them to ring them the office ..got told point blank not our job O_o mind you to get to the docking bay you have to drive a crazy route which is that bad the store has a printed out map. Train your staff !!!! wont be coming back again

Has a fantastic buying experience at Good Guys today! Have for a long time shopped at Harvey Norman, but always was left feeling like a transaction to them.Today Rory at the Kotara store was AMAZING from the time I met him. I entered the store certainly not a robotic vacuum expert except from what I had gleaned from google. He definitely was an expert and took his time to ensure the one I chose was a great fit for my home & life. He also explained it all in language I understood & could be confident that when I got home I would know what to do with it.5 stars to Rory and also for the Good Guys warranty too!! Had no idea what I had been missing out by shopping elsewhere.

I don’t know why I keep coming here. Every time the place is severely understaffed and I waste half hour plus waiting to be served/recognised. Absolute joke of a shop.

So disappointed. Bought a TV thinking I would receive good service if anything went wrong. Took TV back 18/03/23 with photos of the issues on the screen (white lines etc) under warranty still. Still waiting for a resolution. TV sent off to third party to confirm it’s broken. Rung up twice and told third party repairer not open weekends and to ring Monday. It is now 20th May. Why am I chasing this and not receiving feedback- the TV wasn’t free!!

Fantastic service. Our salesman was very helpful and gave us a great deal on our Nespresso Vurtuo Pop coffee machine with extra warranty. 5/5 all round.
