Great service from Mitch and the team -quality flooring and an excellent job done on our floors recently. Really easy to communicate with and would highly recommend to anyone!

Watch out for Mitch's spiel on why you need to pay for an additional acoustic underlay even it's pre-attached to the product being installed. We spoke to several other providers and Mitch is the only guy insisting on this. Apparently it's completely unnecessary and a blatant money grab. Trust lost.

Five star service, product and workmanship! An absolute joy to do business with, could not have hoped for a better result.Jess and Mitch took excellent care of us from beginning to end. From the get go Jess was very helpful on the phone, assuring us that they do not stock vinyl planks that they've had trouble with in the past. She also managed to squeeze us in for a measure and quote on a busy day, suiting our schedule. This was a big help.Mitch was very honest and patient when answering our questions about changing our carpet to vinyl flooring, he walked us through the entire process in detail and delivered without fault. We were allowed to take planks home and return them the next day (to see how it looked with the existing colour scheme) enabling us to make an informed choice. Other places either did not have planks for us to do so or were less accommodating.We got quotes from 6 other businesses, but in the end Mitch's honesty and confidence in his vinyl layer extraordinaire, Graham, was ultimately why we decided to go with Tatters Flooring in Newstead/Fortitude Valley.We are extremely happy with our new floor. Graham's eye for detail and experience with vinyl laying really shows in the final product. He also tried his best to keep our floor prep costs down. His team (Carl and Brendan) was polite, professional and neat. Thanks so much, guys!If you need new floors, go with Tatters for sure!

Do you need Carpet or Timber, you have no need to look anywhere else. Mitch and his wonderful business partner Jess were so pleasant to deal with, from expert advice on flooring types, how the install process worked and the price.We had delays with our house builder which meant we had to delay the install 3 times, Mitch and his team were very accommodating and were able to work with our pain, not against us. Installation day came, the teams were friendly, fast, professional and very clean.We spoke to 15+ carpet companies in North Brisbane, non gave my wife and I the confidence and candor that Mitch did. This is reflected in their immaculate showroom and the fact Mitch answers his phone almost any time of the day or night!We covered nearly 400 sqm of house with Bamboo and a Solution Dyed Nylon carpet, the work was completed in 5 days flat, as promised.
