Fixed my old computer with a new and faster hard drive.

I have been using CSCS for over ten years now and I have found them very helpful with a range of services, such as building a new computers customized to my needs, removing viruses, data recovery and happily answering those little IT questions I have. Renn has gotten me out of strife many times and is often at my house fixing the issues on the same day that I call him. He is very personable, friendly and professional. He can do the ‘Geek-speak’ but also talks normal English! If you aren’t pressing him for speed, which he also does very well, he can hold back and keep his fingers off the keyboard while he talks you through things, so you actually do and learn stuff from him as well as getting the problem fixed.

Renn was extremely helpful and obliging. He saw me straight away and went to some length to explain the issue and what can be done to fix it, plus a few other tips. The pc was fixed ahead of time and great price too! Highly recommended.

Renn has done plenty of in-house IT work for us at C Property Qld, his vast technical knowledge of all issues big and small always produces a great outcome and we'll be continuing to use CSCS into the future.

Great friendly service and affordable

When my laptop refused to turn on I sent it to Renn to see if it could be repaired, knowing that it may not because it was so old. After trying every possibility, Renn informed me that the laptop was unrepairable, and voided the repair costs under his 'no fix, no fee' policy. He then assisted me with choosing and purchasing a new device, which I'm very excited for, and allowed me to use his office computer to catch up on work I urgently needed to do. Thankfully he was able to retrieve all of my data from the old laptop and put it on to a portable hard drive, so I didn't lose any of my business records and files, or preciousfamily photos. All in all, I'm very happy with his service.

Renn rebuilt our computer and we are extremely happy with the result. We had almost given up trying to find a knowledgeable, trustworthy computer technician but we now have one. Since we bought our first computer in 1986 we have had extensive experience of computer technicians and we know that good ones are not common and should be treated very well. Computers are complex electronic devices and fixing or improving them is a job which demands expert and up-to-date knowledge which Renn has. Even so, programs may not work perfectly or screens may not look quite right, but the good computer technician, such as Renn, reflects on the situation and has the knowledge and the resourcefulness to solve the problem. Renn is great! He was a great communicator, very understanding, and extremely efficient. Also very affordable versus other computer repairs shops I rang. Cannot recommend highly enough!
