The Avenue Place Psychology
The staff are great and would give them 5 stars.One star was due to cancellation policy of the company. If you don’t inform them within 3 business days of the cancellation they still charge you the cancellation fee. My daughter was fine 3 days out from appointment but fell sick with 24 hours prior to appointment. Informed the clinic of this but they still wanted to charge us the fee (but didn’t due to good will) but didn’t as this was a once off. The family has been a patient of the clinic for years, no loyalty from the owners!!

My daughter(8yo) has been seeing Maddie every fortnight for over 12 months. The care she has given her has made such a difference to my daughters journey, I cannot thank her enough. To know my daughter 12 months ago to now you wouldn’t recognise her. She loves coming to see Maddie, her favourite Could not recommend the clinic (particularly Maddie) more, especially for children. Karen also has always been so helpful, feel so blessed to have got that 1st appointment, as a parent it has made life so much less stressful. 5 stars hands down!

Absolutely appalling way to run a mental health service. My son has been on the 8 to 10 week" wait list for 12 weeks now
