Came in to get puppy biscuits, a yellow special tag was in front of numerous bags of biscuits so I grabbed a few, went to the counter and they scanned full price so I asked for assistance. Whoever was on the self serve counters were nothing but rude, the lady who must have been the manager came and said No they’re full price and walked away, refusing to change the price. If you are going to make a mistake, at least honour it! Extremely poor customer service! Not the customers fault incorrect tags have been placed! Won’t be coming back again

I couldn’t find something I was looking for in the Sports Dept and I asked a staff member who was putting away DVD stock. His name was Jake and he was so helpful and walked down to the Sports Dept, found the item and then brought it back to me. I really appreciated his help and positive attitude. He’ll go a long way. Thanks Jake.

I bought some new clothes from here for my holiday. Renea helped me with some running around after sizes. Not only were the prices excellent but Renea's customer service was above and beyond. Not something you see every day. Thank you.

Rude staff. Bad service. I met 2 staff in a row that they DON’T want to help you at all!I found a product online and said in stock in this store. Went to Service Counter, waited for 5 mins, showed her the product in phone. She only said it is in Balloon session. I said I’ve been there and ask her for further help eg check the number of stock. You have to push her to help you and have to push her to call someone to attend to that session (because there was NO staff in balloon session!)Then get to the balloon session, also waited for 10 mins. Staff saw the photos, quickly get you something DIFFERENTLY. When I told her I’d it different, she showed a long face and said who told you we have this? I’ve never seen it? Again, you have to push her to help you and she walked around and found the product in her session (but in a package that she wouldn’t expect)Come on! What kind of service is it?! You asked for help like you are asking for too much? It’s your store and you should know how to help a customer.

Large store with good range except they were out of stock on some catalogue items even though the nearest store had heaps in stock.I generally browse here as parking and shopping is more comfortable but if you were after something specific, maybe check if it's in stock first

Couldn't find the item I wanted instore - though online it said it was in stock. The woman behind desk in the Party area was super helpful in trying to locate it. It wasn't there (likely stolen) but I appreciated the friendly service.

Can I do negative stars? A refund with a receipt should be easier than I experienced. 1 week after realising the bike stand won’t work on his bike, returned in original package and the staff member didn’t believe that my sole credit card was the card used to purchased.a digital card shows a different number to a physical card. All big w have to do is educate staff who are responsible for refunds on how to do their job and give them the guidance on cards.

Horrible experience with click and collect. Waited 30mins after clicking “here”, with no one coming out to give me my package. I rung the centre and whoever answered told me I should have gotten out of my car and rung the doorbell and before I could reply to that she hung up on me and a further 5 minutes later someone opened the door and I got my order… does this not defeat the whole point of click and collect? It was not given to me at the time selected to pick up and I was told I should be getting out of my car to ring a doorbell… was very unprofessional and rude

Excellent store to shop. There are varieties to choose from and with big discounts during on s sale. Staff are friendly.

If I could give 2.5 stars I would. The store is fine - nothing special to report on and compared to its neighbour Target it’s miles behind. The design is basic and intuitive and layout pleasant. Could have a better Pop Vinyl collection and LEGO section.
