Neha is extremely friendly and polite and today was struggling however the business does not have nearly enough staff. So many times it has one only . They absolutely need at least two ( all day not part therof as they sometimes do)to survive the demand Today I saw almost 6 clients turned or walk away because she was on her own ( no fault of hers) the business needs to open earlier or later to service all clients if another is sick. Just pay your beauticians an extra hour to not lose clients who were all so annoyed today . Today the wait was 30-40 minutes which could have bene avoided

Pooja was incredible, very patient with me with my brazilian wax. Knows how to do it quickly and efficiently. Shapes my eyebrows so well and remembers me and my shape so I dont have to keep explaining to staff what I need.

Extremely disappointed to attend twice on one day and be told that service is not available.First I attended around 1:15pm and was told that the lady was not accepting another walk in as she was going on break. Totally fine, the lady deserves a break.I come back at 4:50pm and knock on the door as the shop appears closed but the opening hours are until 5:30pm... I was told by the same lady that she has to complete the cleaning and cannot serve me.Such a poor experience for a walk in service where you cannot book in advance. Trading hours should be updated to state that you close well before 5:30pm.I'll take my business elsewhere.

I always get my eyebrows done here and they are the best! Pooja always does my eyebrows and they always look amazing. She’s the best and so kind. I highly recommend her

Excellent work and very friendly service. The girl working here was so polite and friendly. There was a wait due to only one staff member being on but she was quick and did so well with the pressure.As for the customers - so many entitled rude local women coming in and barking at the staff. This area would have to be the worst suburb in Melbourne to own a business just due to the people around here….

Absolutely my favourite my beauty station to go to. Neha working there is master of her job; polite, cheerful and empathetic. Quick and professional service provided. The rates are reasonable and staff extensively trained!
