Elias was amazing. My job was more difficult than originally thought, but he came up with some great ideas to get it done. Even on a busy day, he managed to provide a positive attitude to not just my job but to every customer that was in store. Will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend if you have any questions battery wise to pick his brain.

Just visited the Greensborough store of Battery world, attended by Mohammed.Wow, I’ve never has a more friendly and efficient service before.Everything explained in details, fitted a new Battery and I must admit that I am so impressed with the professional service given by Mohammed.I will never go back to the RACV for battery service, Battery World leaves them for dead when it comes to professional service and fitting, plus price and service. Well done to the Greensborough Store, especially Mohammed, a top Employee.

Mohamed was very thorough in his job. He thoughtfully removed air filter taking care and replaced the battery in it's place. A pleasant experience and recommended him to all.

Brandon's customer service was impeccable. So friendly, so helpful and patient and really knew his products. When he was serving other customers including me, he was also answering phone calls on his own and nothing phased him. He just got the job done and one of the best customer experiences I have had.
