Walked out, poor service, building a house won't be buying from here. Quality products, disappointed.

Friendly staff. Great range of products.Easy to deal with. The staff at Golden Grove were contacted over a issue. The issue was resolved within 4hrs and the job could continue.

Made an online enquiry. One week later hadn't heard back. Made another online enquiry. Still no reply, so rang salesroom. I got the answers I required but when I questioned the assistant about the online enquiries she admitted that they are not checked very often" and sounded as though she seemed to think this was quite ok. Why offer online enquiries if no-one is going to bother to reply? Wonder if the company would bother with ongoing support and after sales service?"

Built a home in the TTG area, the bricks we received from Austral were stained and some brittle and chipped. Our brickie had to throw a lot of them out.When I contacted Austral about it, the salesman I spoke to was cooperative but when he put me through to his manger, the manager was rude and harsh, he didn't provide any solution or wish to rectify the matter, other than to advise me to go with an environmental clean and not an acid wash that might ruin them further. I would think for a company as large as them they would have pride in their workmanship and product. I had to pay personally to have them cleaned and even afterwards though the brown stains had gone away, white salt marks remained. We had been looking forward to having the nice looking chiffon bricks we'd seen on display, and are very unhappy with what we ended up receiving. False advertising and horrible after sales experience. I'm currently building a new home, and haven't gone with them as I would not recommend them to anyone.

fix your phone system!! tried calling a few times and tried option 1 4 times, option 2 once and received a horrible beeping sound, then after 10 seconds or so it hangs up?

Faulty bricks delivered and INSTALLED in our home. No recompense.External colour also chips easily, rub marks on outer edges exposing the under colour, bricks with many faults used. And faulty bricks with obvious press-marks were installed in 50% of our house. Atrocious quality and service, it is a shame a large home builder like Hickinbotham does not demand better from their suppliers.

The external displays thoroughly helped us decide on which brick to choose for our new home. Displays are clearly marked and accessible 24/7.

can't believe over 20% of their pavers had major, unusable chips and another 20 - 30% had minor chips. They did send one replacement pallet BUT we struggled to fi9nd even 50% of use. How do they servive in this market
