They preformed maintenance after we moved in when it was suppossed to be completed earlier. The job was very dodgy and they ignore requests to fix it. Then when we moved out they tried to charge us for someone to come fix it despite the fact the damage was documented on our original inspection. Extremely dodgy, rude and unprofessional. My sister had noone show up for her inspection. Noone returned her calls. A week later one of the staff walked into her home without knocking and began taking photos even tho she wasnt notified of a new date. Extremely rude. Will never go near them again.

What an amazing team of professional staff. I had the pleasure of renting property through them for over a year and they were very helpful when I had to break my lease due to relocating for work. Would defiantly recommend them and i would rent through them if in the region.

After a long rental application process and waiting to hear back from seachange realty we decided to go with another realestate. We left feedback on the 1form application. Seachange realty clearly are not open to feedback. They called both me and my partner and the woman who called was rude and confrontational in the call . It’s really not good customer service and we are glad we ended up going with another realestate if that’s how they conduct their business.

No integrity.After agreeing on a property price between sea change reality, the property owner and myself, I waited for the contract however Damien call the next morning to say there had been another offer for $5k more over night how ever if I pay the $5k more the same as the new offer I could still have it.Damien claimed it’s fine for him to do this as they do it in Brisbane all the time.No integrityI wouldn’t recommend even looking in there window.

Stay clear ofSeachange!!!!!!!!!!Unprofessional, rude, bullies and the real chance to see all this is when you exit the property. Their practice is to file every bond with the RTA as a dispute, so they receive part or all of the refund. They threaten to go through to hearing so most who do not want their rental reference affected agree to the demands. Spoke to other dissatisfied residents in the Pines estate who had gone through the same. Underhand, incompetent, unprofessional and if in doubt just continue to read all the critical reviews before dealing with this company.

Helped us find find a rental over the phone as we were relocating from down south. Couldn't have been more helpful - arranged inspection when we were visiting the town and everything with our move was very smooth!Nearly 2 years on, we are in the same property and nothing is too hard if the home needs anything.

Absolutely the most unprofessional unpleasant realestate I have ever dealt with. Had issues with smoke alarms and reported it As with everything they do it took longer than reasonable to correct. After days of them going off every few hours I ripped them off the roof during the early hours 3am (yes I changed batteries these are Bluetooth) then they replaced the mandatory blue tooth alarms with 2 non regulation alarms they didn't even replace all 6 . Following an extremely rude phone call from aimie where she stated we destroyed the home owners property and owed them $1100 to replace 2 alarms then sent me a breach followed by a (please leave property). I have lived in the home for 6 years and always paid rent on time . What a show . You've been warned
