New owners have made so much difference professional, Friendly & excellent service, very happy and definitely will bring all my alterations, ironing, dry cleaning here in future, well done !

I dropped off my wedding dress to be drycleaned at the Currimundi Buderim Dry Cleaners. When I dropped it off they told me it would be no problem as it wasn't very dirty and a simple design and it would be ready in 2 weeks max. I decided to stop in after 18 days because I assumed it would be ready. The lady told me that they couldn't get out all the marks and showed it to me and it looked in pretty much the same condition as when I dropped it off. I said I wasn't happy to pay $250 and wanted to take it to a different dry cleaner but I would pay a discounted rate for their time. She told me her hands were bleeding from trying to get the stains out but they would keep trying. Ive been in 3 more times, and it's been over 2 months and they still won't give me my dress back!! The manager Jo told me life isn't fair and I still need to feed my staff" in response to me trying to work out a solution. Now I'm forced to make a complaint with the ACCC as I still don't have my wedding dress back and it has been very stressful and impossible to work out a solution with this business. I would recommend avoiding this business as the customer service is terrible."

Magic service, had an urgent request and they completed it a day earlier, can't do better than that. Well done !!

Not reliable or professional. Returned our items with dirty water marks and additional stains. Lost one of the items and it has never been returned even after multiple calls and visits to the store. The situation has been going on for months. Staff were unapologetic. We used the Caloundra location.

I delivered an item for removal of a very small ink stain. I was told It will be ready in a week

Tried contacting for nearly 2 weeks via phone call. Never answered. Finally, I decided to go in to make an enquiry. Upon arrival to the Currimundi shop, I witnessed Jo demeaning one of her employees to the point it looked like she might cry. And then immediately showed me the same disrespect. Highly recommend avoiding this business.

I have to agree with other comments about the quality of work not being great. Money is definitely their priority.I read a review below saying the owner/manager Jo replied to questions of a refund with “My staff need to eat”. Yet I have overheard this “manager” berate and verbally abuse her staff to no end.I feel sorry for all who trust this service and especially the staff who work here.Hoping for a change of ownership/management soon.

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned and boxed here. The service was lovely, and they rang me to come and see the dress and check the work before boxing which was very thoughtful. They did a great job. Very reasonably priced, especially in comparison to some of the quote I recieved!
