Regular customer because of the fantastic service. Always get greeted and the staff (especially the manager) are always friendly and helpful. The store is amazing. The music is awesome!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else

It was nice to walk in the store and be greeted straight away with a good morning. As I proceeded to browse one of the ladies came an asked if I needed assistance. She helped me choose the perfect gift for my friends birthday. The store itself i thought was great, beautifully displayed stock. Ill definitely go back for the friendly service.

The manager is rude and most of the staff is dismissive. I went in that store today to buy something there was 2 ladies working I was standing at the counter waiting to be served both ladies looked at me and continued stocking shelves. There was no I will be with you in a minute no acknowledged that I was there at all. I live in clarkson and have been going store many times. The store is always full of boxes and you can’t even shop in that store.I work in retail that’s just disgusting.I drove to yanchep smoke mart because I know the customer service is awesome I’m that store. I will never go back to ocean keys again. It’s not the first time that they have been rude to me.
