Please arrange an onsite reception and a better after-hours customer service solution. You cannot possibly call yourself a five-star hotel if it doesn't even have basic onsite services like these. It's definitely a very beautiful property but I wouldn't call it a hotel. It's more like a 5-star holiday home.

We have just returned from a fantastic 5 day stay. This is our second stay at 5 Knots and again, the apartment had everything required for a relaxing holiday. Cleanliness was great, with one exception, a dirty mug which was in the kitchen cupboard. Human error happens and this did not detract from our holiday. If I may, I want to offer a couple of suggestions. Our unit was looking rather tired , in need of a new sofa ( it was uncomfortable, scratched and did not do the apartment justice)and the polished wood floors require re sanding. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the Gippsland Lakes. We will be back. Thank you

Beautiful place to stay over looking the water. There was a barking dog next door and heavy footed neighbours but apart from that it was perfect.

My partner and I stayed here one weekend in winter and absolutely loved it! The apartment itself had great features; a balcony with a fantastic view over the water, a comfy bed, large spa bath and modern appliances. But for me it's the little touches that stood out; high quality tea/coffee selection, lovely bathroom products, board games, even an freezable ice bucket for your wine...you can just tell that the management team have gone above and beyond to make the property a true 5 star experience.Will definitely stay again!

It's in a great location and close to the shops and pub. You can walk on the boardwalk or footpath. The furnishing, decor, appliances and kitchen facilities were terrificDisliked · Our view was onto the road and for any privacy, you had to use the blinds. Internet was patchy quality. We had a barbecue in a courtyard that was open to the street. Our unit $440 for one night was way overpriced and most of the units were vacant.

Great room and very clean. View from balcony overlooking the water is fantastic. 2 minutes walk to hotel, cafe, bakery and shops.

We stayed in a clean one bedroom apartment. The beds were comfy and the apartment had everything you need. A BBQ on the balcony was used by us to cook our steaks one night. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with everything we would need. A highlight was the spa bath!

We stayed in a stunningly presented and furnish 3 bedroom apartment with water views. Beautiful property. Stunning location. We will be back.
