I have been renting currently through NY Property Group for 7 months. My Property Manager Jaime Martin is very professional and is always extremely helpful and prompt with any repairs or issues that need to be addressed. I am very happy renting through NY Property Group because Nathan Young and Jaime Martin always make themselves available to talk too via the phone or email for anything that needs to be discussed. Both Nathan Young and Jaime Martin are very polite, kind and helpful people and I highly recommend NY Property Group to any prospective tenant or home buyer.

Nathan is awesome to deal with. I have given him my properties to manage as well.

Absolute Thugs. They don't do anything in terms of maintaining the property, The shower in our house is barely functional and we have told NY Property group multiple times over a period of 6 months. If your looking for third world property management look no further.

Nathan is such an amazing property manager. He goes above and beyond to help out home owners and tenants. Would definitely recommend this reals estate. Nathan has worked so hard to get my family a place to live and words cannot describe how much we appreciate all the help he has given us.

Horrible Property Managers! Would give 0 stars if I could.My review is based solely off of my experience dealing with senior property manager, Jaime Martin. I highly do not recommend Jaime as anyone’s property manager as she is incredibly unprofessional and does not care about her clients’ needs.Not to mention, during the 6 months of managing my property, NOT ONCE was an inspection conducted. Under new management, the inspection found the property in incredibly apalling run-down condition, tenants were absolutely FILTHY, proving that NY Property Group did not take reasonable care as Managing Agents to ensure that the tenants took good care of my property.Communication from Jaime was almost always slow. Our concerns when we raised them were almost always met with passive aggressive and belittling responses from Jaime.Our experience with Jaime made us feel like we were always left in the dark, blindsided, looked down upon and that the tenants needs came before our needs as the landlord.Jaime was very condescending, rude and dismissive to my partner and I from the get-go whenever we had concerns or queries.She did not put our needs and priorities as clients first throughout the period of time she managed my rental property but rather, was quite dodgy and shady in her management.Statements had to be chased up all the time.No detailed reports for any of the expenses incurred on property like plumbing repairs, cleaning maintenance fees that are quite costly. The property’s bathroom was newly renovated and functioned perfectly when we were residing there, hence our concerns over the costly repairs as we had spent thousands of dollars on it previously.You’d think if these expenses costed you as a landlord hundreds of dollars at a time, you’d deserve some clarity or at least a decent explanation from the person you trusted and handed your property over to to manage. But instead, when we merely inquired out of concerns, she sent back the phone number of the plumber and asked us to contact him ourselves. So what exactly is your role here then? Why are we paying for your management services, if you do not have the decency answer our concerns and queries? If we have to contact the plumber himself to ask for the details of the repairs, wouldn’t we manage the property ourselves?Furthermore, no steps were taken to ensure the tenants paid EXTREMELY overdue water invoices. It is very clear they do not have the owner’s interests in mind. We are incredibly dissatisfied with Jaime’s and NY Property Group’s management. Hope she can learn be more professional and ethical in her job, not make clients feel disrespected. Really not a good look for the agency, I hope this review can help her reflect on her performance. As for everyone else, steer clear.

Very poor service from this real estate. Don't return calls or messages. As a potential buyer of a property, I never got the opportunity to make an offer due to the agent not returning calls or messages.
