F45 Training Malaga

I've been going to F45 Malaga for a few months and have never felt fitter, healthier or stronger. I continually see progress and I could never have said that about a traditional gym. Mel has a knack for knowing what people are capable of and keeps them challenged and using proper form - avoiding injury. My advice to anyone looking to get fit, lose weight, get strong or build some resilience, is to bite the bullet and give it a go. I only wish I'd started sooner.

If your breathing, F45 is for you.Highly recommend F45, to all who want to see serious results and body transformation within an awesome authentic socially engaging community.Melissa and her trainers run a very effective well organised operation. What I love about this F45 gym is that after a busy day I don't have to get analytical about what I am going to and how to plan my exercise, all you have to do is show up and go hard and everyone else is in the same boat, your all sweating together as a team. It is super functional, the combination of exercises are calculated and effective.Melissa and Troy are very helpful and encouraging and will be there for you every step of the way.Are you an early bird? these guys are too, at 6am they are as sharp and a fresh expresso.You have got to give F45 ago.Download the app and do the 7day trial, then get on board.Hugh.

Love this place! Fantastic trainers and everyone down there feels like a family. Also a brilliant range of exercises and a really fun way to get your fit on.
