I took my Holden Cruze to various mechanical workshops and they couldn't even diagnose my vehicle and wasn't able to identify the problem. One of my friends recommended me to take the vehicle to Global Transmissions- Blacktown. So then I took it there and they diagnosed it and gave me a quote. I agreed to repair it and they fixed the problem.I'm very happy with the boys who worked smartly and professionally on my vehicle and they fixed the problem. I couldn't believe that my vehicle could run so beautifully. They also go out of the way to pick and drop customers.I strongly recommend them.

I left a very detailed review in 2010 that has been removed.I had a very traumatic experience with Global Transmission blacktown. They charged me for multiple repairs and refused to show me evidence. Apparently it not my business. One example was when they claimed my trams fluid was full of metal shards, then refused to show me after ai asked them to keep it. My car was there for weeks. They kept charging me for scans at the manufacturer, when I became suspicious at so many scans, I called the manufacturer and gave my car details, they had not seen my car is years. I confronted global trans with the information and they became abusive and defensive. This was a super stressful experience for me. It’s been 10 years and I’m still seeing similar reviews.

Bad experiences. First full rebuild on transmission resulted in catastrophic failure soon after and no warranty resulted. Second round repairing transmission and second torque converter all at my cost. The transmission never worked as it did before initial failure. This company takes no responsibility for their incompetence. Stay well away.

Quotation price agreed to fix leak specifically mentioned coming from bell housing and ended up transmission service without fixing the main issue that was addressed at the first place now I paid my dues but still car leaks and getting charge extra for what the main issue which is leak coming from bell housing. Good way to make extra money.
