Went to the shop today to see if he could fix a clock I had for 35 years I thought he would tell me get a new one but he said yes I can fix.waiting for about 10 minutes was all done and priced was very good part made in USA. Found the shop owner very friendly and helpful thank you

I have visited the Clock Dock multiple times over the years from way back when he was in Southport and was a deadset ringer for Lenny Kravitz. Definitely a professional, highly skilled man with impeccable digits that attend to every detail. I had to laugh when I read a scathing review from some guy who got upset about his “timepiece” being a cheap Chinese knock-off and being told so, guess his pride took a beating because people travel far and wide to see the clock doc. I know because his shop has changed location three times and we have to track him down each time. Honest bloke and he has time for everyone. My only critique is he is too nice with pricing for the oldies, chats people’s ears off so if you are waiting just enjoy listening to this larrikin. Mark is extremely knowledgeable on watches and very trustworthy. He took perfect care of my older omega watch today and has reassured me on the quality and condition of the watch. A clear indicator that he is a trustworthy operator is he has the opportunity to upsell me on if my watch needed a full service etc and he chose to recommend that it didn’t actually need it right now. Highly recommend Mark as he is a straight shooter, honest and very kind. 100% will be back.
