Recommend highly! From the first chat I had with Ashley to all of my belongings arriving in Sydney, it was seamless, professional, punctual and the whole team/family did a fabulous job! This delivery company works for our OMF team in Port Macquarie. Our customers always give excellent feedback. They are gentle with our goods showing an excellent eye for detail, they are always pleasant to customers and staff, flexible, reliable and very hardworking. I have reached out to council and other private waste management companies and to some acquaintances who have a ute to request for an old mattress pick up since we only have a car. Unfortunately, they do not do old mattress pick up. I was so glad Hastings Removals & Transpo team accommodated me though my request is not really part of the services they normally offer.They were very responsive and professional.Really grateful for you guys for your assistance and most especially for being so professional.

Our company needed to have important business equipment delivered in Port Macquarie in a short time window for a business event. We couldn't rely on our couriers for this and so I reached out to Hastings Removals and had a fantastic result dealing with Ash, who quickly gave me all the information I needed to be reassured they could help us with temporary storage until the event, as well as timely delivery, and pick up a few days later. Excellent communication and flexibility, as well as on-time and careful service.
