This organisation provides inferior dry cleaning and pressing. If you want good service and good customer relations go somewhere else.

Took 4 weeks for my doona to be dry cleaned.It looked like it did when it went in plus an additional black mark in it. Staines not removed. I think they just sprayed it with freshner. Do not use there service there is none! Harsh but true!

I took a king size doona to them to dry clean, picked up the item and was not told there were still dog urine stains in the item that they could not get out. The colour of the doona had not changed from drop off, and no stain or odour removal was obvious.The item was folded in a way that you couldn’t see the stains and when I opened the bag all you could smell was the dog urine and dampness. It was obvious the item must was put in the bag wet as it smelt damp.No receipt was given at either drop off or collection, the staff were extremely rude on drop off and pick up.Don’t waste your time or money with this company!!!

They advertise one price and the deliver at another price, if you complain about what appears to be deceptive advertising they remind you they know who you are...get a firm price on your specific items before using

I don’t know what happened a year ago but the guys get all my work clothes looking like new, no matter how much bitumen I get on them. They were even able to clean a pair of overalls that another Drycleaners could not clean.Unsure about other garments but I am very happy.
