Beautiful customer service and also on time and schedule, had a shatter windscreen called them up and fixed it in no time. Would highly recommend the boys at Glass City Windscreen definitely using them as my window replacement guys.

After being referred by another repairer I couldn’t have been happier.We turned up with a side window that was sold told to me that was wrong, these guys were on the ball. Firstly they had the right window. Secondly we were told to show up without notice and they would serve us.Wow. Our car went in and before we knew it we were leaving.Thank you gentlemen if we ever need auto window repairs again we will be back.

SCAM ALERT ! - Over $2000 worth of scratches & damage all due to a dodgy improperly fitted window that has caused water damage to my once pristine condition Holden Colorado.I had my rear windscreen replaced by these guys…after that I had a series of damage and dodgy workmanship done. The (new) window was already scratched and chipped, the paint on my car was scraped & chipped , I had glue dripping everywhere from the lack of care taken.Too make it worst after a few days of Heavy rain I noticed that my whole car floor was flooded, I had never experienced any water damage before my horror experience with glass city , after that I went back to get the window replaced…again, they refused to believe that the water was coming from the ill fitted window after the second round of rough workmanship they water leakage was WORSE! I didn’t feel comfortable going back for a third time and decided to get it looked at by someone else, they were amazed by the shady job they had done to my car and also confirmed the water damage was indeed caused by glass city’s low quality installation.Please be careful of these people and go elsewhere.

I had 2 amazing men come and fix my front and back window screen for a fair price and they did the most amazing job, lovely work guys, I really appreciate it. I couldn’t recommend them enough

Had a broken side mirror, got an appointment ASAP and had it replaced with a new part very promptly, great service from the boys, would recommend

Called on Saturday, guys came on Monday. Unfortunately couldn't fix it so they came back Tuesday. The guy kept me updated the whole time calling me with time frames etc. Did a great job. Thanks guys!!

Scam alert! Over the phone, they quoted $538, but would only accept $550 when it came time to pay. They came to repair our window, but said they would only take cash and would provide a receipt. On payment, they told us to email them on the following Monday and we would get a receipt emailed to us. Instead, they have since blocked all our calls and refusing to give a receipt. They also told Consumer Affairs that they won't provide the receipt because there was apparently an agreement to evade tax and therefore would not produce a receipt. This was news to us! Dodgy business practices - do not use them!!

Had the windscreen installed on our Mercedes. We didn’t receive a receipt and the auto sensor no longer works. Have tried to contact the company multiple times requesting a receipt and to follow up on the issue we have with the auto sensor with no reply. Very poor customer service and complaint resolution. Do not use this company.
