We've been buying investment and home properties together for almost 20 years. Our experience with Jenna Miles and Jenrew Real Estate is nothing short of amazing - beyond anything we've experienced before. After missing out on another nearby property, Jenna kept our requested scope in mind and presented us with the listed property we've purchased. This is not the first time we've purchased a property online in another State of Australia without having gone on site, yet we feel as if we've had a thorough in-person inspection and know the property well. We know there's not going to be any nasty surprises when we get the chance to visit the property in person. The amount of information provided online, including 3-D presentations of each room and outside spaces, and layout plans of all buildings with measurements was beyond anything we've experienced before with other agencies. We live in WA, have brought a TAS property and know we've made a good investment. No question we asked about the property was too much trouble for Jenna. If she didn't know already, she found the answer for us. Jenna also assisted by providing access for our building and electrical safety inspection contractors, and then followed up on issues with the Vendors to everyone's satisfaction.
