Soda Nail Tonic Bar

My wife wanted a manicure and pedicure, having never had one before (she's trans). We have to keep our covid risks down, so I didn't want to go to the shopping malls. I checked this place on line and emailed for a booking. They replied quickly and accommodated my request. We went in at 2 on a Saturday and waited a few minutes (to be expected anywhere 5 hours into a booking day) and then had our pedicures with massage and manicures. All told we were out of there in 2 hours, after leaving time for the polish to dry. They were also lovely to my wife. I will let the quality of their work below speak for itself, as this was taken 22 hours after we left.

I am in disbelief of my experience at this place.I booked in to get my nails done, i showed her a reference photo of what i wanted and the end result was nothing like it.I spoke to them about getting a refund and she told me they couldn’t because her manager was overseas.I agreed to let them send me a voucher, and then after having them for less than a week with 4 nails having already fallen off, i decided to go in to ask for a refund.I went in and the said they couldn’t refund me because they already sent the voucherand i asked if i could just send it back as i hadn’t used it and she told me she couldn’t and if i wanted them to take them off i would have to pay.They charged me 80$ for nails that were nothing like what i wanted and actually looked horrendous.The whole process they were extremely rude and she never even said sorry.

Highly recommend! I wanted to treat my pregnant sister to a pedi before bub arrives and I could not have chosen a better place. Upon arrival we were able to sit down at a comfortable table away from the pedi area and choose our colours. We didn’t feel rushed and felt very well taken care of with a nice icy glass of cold water. We headed over to the pedi areas where they have such a beautiful set up. Care was taken in each step of the pedicure and we definitely felt like queens. I would recommend Soda nail tonic bar to anyone wanting a completely different nail bar experience then what you would get in a big shopping mall. The prices were fair, the service was amazing and they even accept pamper gift cards. Love it! Thanks again girls, we will be back.

Relaxing atmosphere, doesn't smell like chemicals, very nice acoustic quiet music.

My sister and I decided to book somewhere nice instead of the standard shipping centre treatments. And it was a really nice salon. Nice and quiet and calming.I booked my sister and I for a mani pedi together and confirmed prior to booking that we would both be done at the same time. That didn't occur, my manicure was done, followed by my sister's while my pedicure was started, my pedicure was almost finished by the time my sister's was started so I just had to sit and wait. So that was a let down, and because we weren't done together, a basic mani Pedi took over two hours.We we provided water, but we're not offered drinks or snack as advertised on the website. Two other ladies walked in with cocktails so maybe we were supposed to get out own from NOA next door, buy this wasn't explained. I would have loved to sip on a cocktail while getting my Pedi.Unfortunately, my mani was very average and I had three bleeding fingers from torn cuticles which has never happened to me when getting manicures. Although the technician felt bad, I think this is a rookie thing to occur.It was also the quickest pedicure I had ever had, and not in a good way. It felt rushed. The foot bath was cold and didn't include the salts. But they did use a home made coffee scrub at the end which was nice.It was $85 for my mani Pedi with no colour, which is pricey and I was expecting to be discounted due to being cut during the manicure.All in all, probably the most average manicure and pedicure I have had, but in the nicest salon, so I will give them another try and hope that this was just a bad day.

I had booked an appointment for 11.30am, unfortunately I wasn’t seen to for 45 mins, eventually when I was seated, I had an SNS removal and reapplication, which took almost 2 hours to complete.. staff were friendly and chatty, and did a good job on my nails, but sitting in a salon for almost 3 hours was not what I had expected. I understand that you can be short staffed, but it’s not professional or practical to book in more than you can handle.. I hate writing bad reviews, and try my best to stay open minded but for what would usually take less than an hour.. I was quite stressed leaving, and would reconsider returning in the future due to the delays

Terrible experience, spent over $130 for gel nails that were done by inexperienced technician. Was offered a $20 refund. Don’t waste your time. Such a shame the owner cares more about $’s than return business.

Awful. I made an appointment and walked in on time. All staff were busy so I said hello and sat in the wait space. I sat there for 20minutes. No one came to say hi or let me know they’re running late or even acknowledge that I was waiting. Another customer came in with no booking and they said hello to her, had her pick her colour and sat her down ready to go. While I still sat there. I walked out. Absolutely appalling.

What a great nail bar. I took my mother for a pedicure treat and we were not disappointed. We had booked the day before and were not left waiting when we arrived. Our herbal pedicure was magic, the massage was wonderful and the quality of the finish of our nails is great (my mother accidentally smudged her polish and it was quickly fixed without any fuss.While the cost is more expensive than your run of the mill mall salon, the price difference was worth the experience.

The most beautiful nail salon I've ever been too. Thank you to the amazing team for such a wonderful treatment. Love the low chemical and natural oils and scrubs. Highly recommend.
