Last time I'll ever spend my money here, after collecting a click and collect order I proceeded to purchase a couple extra items only to be bombarded by a rude old hag asking to see my click and collect label, followed by asking to see inside my backpack, if I was going to steal, it wouldn't be from a big w of all places..lol then she chased after the lady ahead of me asking to see her receipt for her bag also..what gives?! She clearly had a big w bag and I saw the receipt on top inside of it..was all this even necessary? Doesn't this lady have better things to do with her time then harass people? Jeez Louise.

Lazy staff that seem to refuse to fulfill any click and collect order without even bothering to look for stock. I walked right in and bought the exact same item that 3 hours earlier was cancelled on click and collect for lack of stock. Staff also look like they would rather be anywhere else.

I had a wonderful shopping experience in this outlet today. They have a good range of clothings and sizes at good prices. A shout-out to the staff who managed the fitting room around 11am. I accidentally spilled some tea outside the fitting room and she helped to clean up the mess with no complains at all. She was so polite and I am very impressed with her service attitude. Congratulations to Big W for having a shining star in their service team !

Super helpful staff. I was after a dpecific sonic toy for my son and the staff member realised we have been looking for a while so she actually talked to a manager to unload a pallet so they can take the toy off the pallet in the back. I really appreciated the help.

Useless. Went in to return a faulty product. Guy had no idea what he was doing. Spent half an hour at the service desk. Finally he said they'll issue a refund to original payment method. I said that card is not longer active. He said that's how they have to do it. So he did and not surprisingly it bounced back. So I had to contact my bank to sort it out. They said they can't. So called Big W back and they said I have to come back in in person to do it manually.They want me to prove it bounced back. They can see it on their end!Now they have my money and the $300 item.

Good range of stuff, but you have a blond young manager who was extremely rude to every kid in the store and told them all (multiple unrelated groups) “out” without any reasoning . Very rude.

Staff were very helpful here, I needed help finding a product and a girl came out from the tech area and helped me find it. I believe her name was kacey, she was super lovely and helpful.

I had to travel from Thornbury to this store as it was the only store that had 2 dresses I wanted. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff on entering the store and picking up my click and collect at the Service Desk.

Genuinely think nobody works at tech counter, called and promised some one was coming twice after a 15 min wait had to grab my own game from behind the counter and pay at the front counter

Would not let me exchange an OBVIOUS big W product for a size that fits me that was brought as a gift. Manger on the phone was very rude. My family would have spent into the thousands shopping at big W for Christmas but never again will we shop here.
