I took over the Jeep from my husband and realised he missed 2 recalls of software upgrades previously. Oh what typical hubby. I called Nunawading Jeep directly and secured a Friday slot. Aron helped me with clear & precise communication. They also provided working station as I chose to wait there till the job done. Very smooth experience and I was a happy customer. Don’t buy a car from them because they are liars.I bought Grand Jeep Cherokee and on car sales it shows they will pay 1 year Registration and now only 3 months I got letter from vicroads for registration.When I spoke to Nunawading Jeep they told me registration only for 3 months.Bloody liars!!!!!!!!It’s not about money it’s all about a man’s words to other.Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in for a 200,000km service. As I picked my car up, they told me the brake pads need changing in about 1,000km. They didn't contact me during the service to ask if they could replace them, even though the car was already in and having the brake fluid changed.Should also mention they didn't stamp the logbook, which was sitting on the front passenger seat.
