Carla you are so lovely!! Carla at De Fazio Tiles in Brunswick has been so helpful and knowledgeable in making sure to select the right tiles that will suit outdoors whilst still choosing tiles to look as close to my inspiration pictures that I had shown her. Carla has been very easy to talk to. Highly recommend. I am a very happy customer :)

Best in the business! The beautiful product range, competitive pricing and top notch staff make De Fazio Tiles & Stone a cut above the rest. I met Carla from the team when I came through browsing for bathroom tiles for an upcoming renovation project - she helped us make design decisions, knew an impressive amount about all of the products and was mindful of our budget throughout. I was so impressed with Carla and the team at De Fazio Tiles & Stone that I ended up purchasing my stone bench tops and external paving/tiling from them too. Look forward to working with you again!

Favourite tile store in Melbourne.Great range of tiles and stones from simple to beautiful Italian options.Customer service is what tops it; they will talk to you about your tiling needs, give you suggestions and let you take samples home to trial before you buy. And its the same for small and large tiling jobs.

Such a wide selection of tiles and beyond excellent service - cannot fault them! Carla gave us the time and attention we needed to be able to make the right choice for our space and she went above and beyond to walk us through the process. Truly feels like a family business. Carla was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me via phone and email as I'm based in Sydney. I was after a very specific tile that unfortunately i couldn't source anywhere in Sydney. I ordered our wall tiles through De Fazio and had them couriered from Melbourne to Sydney. Carla was such a pleasure to deal with and is so knowledgeable on the product which gave me the confidence in what i had selected. She was also extremely helpful in suggesting floor tiles that i could likely source locally that would compliment our wall tiles. Very genuine and overall lovely to deal with. Would 100% recommend De Fazio, customer service at it's best!
