my current apartment has had a cockroach / bug problem for years and clearly nothing has been done by the landlord / agent. my apartment complex has rubbish floating around everywhere, other tenants often have loud music and parties, and ive never had access to my parking space. additionally, there is a 'caretaker' who on repeated occasions harasses myself and other tenants, slamming and bashing on doors, yelling at myself and other tenants, and trying to gain access illegally to tenants premises. i have told him repeatedly to go away and he ignores us.

I can’t be any more happy. Paul and his team was very fast in getting me my rental property. Whatever issues I had with the house was dealt in a timely manner. Throughout the whole 3 years I’ve never had any problems. I would highly recommended this place.

Very concerning and disappointing conversation with Paul regarding the behaviour of tenants at a property he manages. thought we could work together for the good of the owner and the affected residents. I had to pass the concerns onto our Owners Corporation manager. No star if possible.
