Diamond Nails NT

I understand that New Years Eve is a busy time so I called around a few places in the city to see if there was availability 3 people to get nails done. Diamond Nails said they had availability for 3 but we were running late which I called to let them know. I actually didn't get my nails done because it was quite busy and upon arrival needed to wait extra 30 mins. Unfortunately, by the time i was approached I needed to leave as I had work in an hours time. The colour selection looked very nice but like I mentioned I didn't have time to wait. If the nail salon is busy I think they should probably mention that there will more than 30 min wait time.

Very unprofessional and would not recommend. The lady doing my nails must be having a bad day and couldn't be bothered with my pedicure. If you are taking $60 try and be professional about, atleast cut and shape and clean the nails right... the massage was also a big let down. If you can be bothered let someone else do it.

I had an awesome pedicure today with one of those lovely lady’s. I highly recommend this studio, everyone is super nice and makes sure you feel comfortable, so you are able to enjoy your spa experience. You also get a great services for that price. The best pedicure I had so far.Thank you lady’s :)

Oh my goodness! What a fabulous owner of a fabulous business! Had a pedicure and she gave the best massage and used beautiful hot stones! And the best bit was she was an absolute delight to talk to! I would highly recommend! I'm sad I'm from interstate and she can't be my regular!

1 star just for they finished my nails .Look at the pictures….when I left they said , it’s all dry .after 30mins when I try some clothes in cotton on , the nails been like the pictures.I went back , asked them what’s going on,they said ,oh normal color need 1 hour to dry ….So that’s my fault???And the attitude of the boss there , make me uncomfortable.first time do nails here, so I asked what’s that , she was so rude to talk to me .I asked , so it’s first time someone know nothing coming here for nails ?She said , it’s ok .I said , your attitude tell me not ok .

Worst nail salon experience of my life. Not only did they do a terrible job on my nails but then they decided to charge me $50 more tham what they told me over the ohone. The lady admitted she had told me 20 bucks over the phone for shellac removal and clear polish but then all of a sudden they charge me 70 for a mani and pedi I kept saying repeatedly I didn't want. Such a scam. I'm appalled. DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. Charged me $40 over the quoted price. One nail left without an overcoat at all. Could see the brush strokes on 6 of 10 nails and could see the nail itself. The shellac chipped and completely fell off 1 nail within 24 hours. Felt very rushed and uncomfortable. Only good note was the massage chairs are good and the actual massage with the pedi was very nice. Would not use this service again nor recommend.
