Telstra Glenelg

Would give this store a 0, the vibe of this shop is horrid, the staff that work there are so rude, have attitude, they honestly can't be bothered helping, went today to get help with upgrading my phone, got told to call up, because they had appointments booked and didn't have time too help me, told them I can't call up, cause I couldn't get through, they then said try again tomorrow, seriously who actually tells a customer to do this, was shocked..Guess what telstra, you've now lost a customer.Have gone elsewhere.

My elderly mother went there today to switch from Optus to a Telstra internet/phone plan and was very impressed with the service and the end result. She asked me to write this view to thank a young man that works there named Kyle Crawford. Thanks Kyle for taking care of Mum and best of luck with your future at Telstra.

Have been waiting for a week to complete a new service request for a business account. Wanted to port a number from Optus and get a new phone . Staff member couldn't complete the order. The store manager, Zoe, promised to fix the issue but never called me back. Had to keep calling the store for an answer. Not the right attitude from a store manager. Will be going to another store in the future.Visited the Norwood store a week later, where I received great service, and there were no issues.

Depending on the day and time (and if you are lucky) not a long queue inside the store.When it comes to service, also depends on your luck. I was in there 3 times in 2 weeks. First time, I spoke to an arrogant, unprofessional and unhelpful guy. I left the shop. Because of the convenient location on jetty road, I went back, and second and third time, got very helpful and lovely staff who fixed my problem. So hopefully you go on the right day.

Purchased a new phone from Cara, fantastic product knowledge, she helped explain the new phone and how it operated. As a not too technical savvy person, I found great comfort in that she took the time to answer all my questions. Can not speak highly enough of my experience at Telstra Glenelg, if I could give 10 stars I would.

One of the staff that works hear Zoe always has an attitude for some reason evey time I've called, I want someone else to answer but always seem to get her. Needs some costmer service training.

Very disappointing experience. Online support told me to return item to a Telstra Store with no further cost incurred. So I went immediately to my closest store at Glenelg. In the mean time, and unknown to me, Telstra had changed their mind , saying I had to instead return the item via the post because I may be charged a fee if returned in store. Yes I was frustrated to learn this on arrival but to be asked by a very unhelpful, sarcastic staff member Haven't you ever dealt with a big company before?" (I noted to him that I was dealing with Telstra/Telecom since before he was born.) Furthermore after I suggested that I should be able to leave the item in store for staff to manage the return
