I'de just like to make a positive post to a tech guy who i had the pleasure of dealing with.I know when we're put through to various countries to deal with all sort of issues, from phone issues to internet problems etc, your transferred to someone who's English isn't up to scratch or has no idea what your request is about.As unfortunate as it is, you still gotta givem em a go since they're from countries not as fortunate as yours in some respect.When it gets to difficult, there's no choice but to call again and hope yu strike someone who's English and know how is at least helpful to your requirement.Well, i struck that person today ( 9/1/15 ).I bought a Dixell Controller for a freezer i was working on. Quite a large controller with a booklet to help with all the settings.Well, the settings !!!!!!. I don't know how many times i tried different button patterns to enter various areas on the controller with no luck.I tried pressing buttons in reverse to the book, tried all sorts of combinations etc etc etc.After an hours stress, i decided, i do NOT have the time nor patience for this. I'm gong to HAVE TO call on t3ech support, who's going to think I'm sum dumb F**K who can't read an instruction manual, or just plain lazy, so calls tech supports for the easy sake of it.Just to add, I'm 52, and been working on commercial / Industrial applications since i was 13, and knowledgeable to a point of course, but would like to think i have a few brain cells left to work our a simple bloody controller yeah ? - Naaa !!, couldn't do it.So, ring ring ring ring (distant sort of ring tone, so knew i was diverted over seas).Hello technical area" (sais the operator)
