Great service wide diversity of stock animals birds and fish well looked after and cared for, for sale.

Absolutely would not go near this place. Call to check that they had baby turtles in stock with no mention of there extra requirements before purchasing. Went in to purchase a baby turtle. After purchasing a licence told me that i would need to purchase at least a 4tf fish tank (even though most places sell smaller tanks). After explaining that i also had one in storage that i would use They refused to sell me a turtle unless i could drive 1 hour back home to bring back a water sample or wait a week to show sample from newly set up tank. Felt this place was more of a push to sell you a lage tank. Warrawong a lot better had no sample requirements and shows you how to look after your turtle.

Drove 6hr to come to this place to buy African cichlids staff were excellent friendly. Even the staff loaded them in a box and brought them out to the car. We are definitely coming back to buy a heap more again.

Go to this place at least weekly - staff are super friendly and helpful. Great range of products.Definitely recommend

Money hungry tough luck if your bird dies 10 days after u buy it and they were told it won’t eat and u r continually told don’t worry it’s just stressed it will come good oh and it died in their care no refund of $1500Stay well clear of this store

Beautiful shop, friendly staff and so many gorgeous animals. I love that they now have a cats for adoption section for cats that don't have homes. A really expansive range of saltwater fish and reef fish. The only place for pets really. The staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful. It's overall a really lovely place.

My go to pet shop for products and service. Staff are always friendly and offer the best advice and are only to happy to answer any questions. There's a great range of animals, fish, reptiles, birds etc too. Parking is more than ample and right at the front door.

Friendly staff and quality pets ... DO NOT BUY FISH as they die a week after buying if you don't have the most pristine well kept equipment!

Fantastic selection of pets and accessories, decent prices on everything in store. Customer service was great and was given a thorough informational speech on the particular dog breed I bought.

Absolutely my favourite pet shop as a fish person who loves plecos and corys this shop is my go to place to get my fish.
