I have been training with Cath for the last 3 months. Cath is in all honesty the best PT I have ever worked with. Cath's expertise, support and passion has helped me to turn my fitness goals into reality. Training with her at the studio has been integral to helping me improve my overall fitness and achieving the weight loss milestones that I have struggled to achieve many times over in the past. All of Cath's studio PT sessions have been conducted in a fun and engaging way, that is tailored to my personal fitness goals, and without any judgement. While Cath has challenged me and pushed me out of my comfort zone at times, she has been great at ensuring that I feel safe and supported throughout my fitness journey.

Training with Cathy is awesome! Her classes are so much fun and her energy and the variety of training is excellent.She is so engaged with her clients and everyone works hard and has fun at the same time.When I train in the morning it sets me up to have a great day. When I train in the evening, it’s like the worries of the day wash away.Highly recommend trying Cath out – she makes you actually want to do the work!

I started training with Cath at In House Studio Fitness, in July 2021. I began with 2 classes per week (now up to 3 to 4 classes per week) and when I can't make it to her classes, I do them online.Cath's workouts are the best. There is so much variety, they are fun, music is great and I come out of every single class, feeling that I have really worked out.After just 8 months, I have progressed from using 3 kg to 5 kg dumbbells. Never in my life have I been able to do a single push-up and now I am doing 6!!. Cath helps you achieve your goals, whether it is cardio, strength, weight management, she works with YOU! She pushes you when you need it and encourages on days that you struggle.Her clients are an amazing group to train with. They are so much fun and so supportive.Cath is one of a kind. She is an amazing trainer, and a wonderful person - kind, caring, supportive and really cares.Just give her a call and try one of her sessions, the best thing I did last year. Just wish I found In House Studio Fitness earlier (never too late). Thank you, Cath.

I have been going to Cath’s fitness sessions for approximately six years now and they are great! Cath is so motivating and just such a lovely person. Her workouts are fun and always varied. The ‘eat, move, live’ program has helped me to feel a lot stronger and have more energy throughout the day whilst having a healthier diet. I would highly recommend In House Studio Fitness and I am grateful that I have it in my life.

As a 58 year old woman in a sedentary job it was really important I got moving and introduced some activity into my life. I found Cathy at InHouseStudioFitness and have not looked back. I have been getting fitter physically and have even given up smoking which allowed me to be better prepared for a trekking trip I took to Nepal a few weeks ago. I started with Cathy 3 months ago and have enjoyed every minute of my training sessions, they are fun yet at the same time you work hard. What I love about the classes is that even though others are in the class Cathy gives everyone equal attention and takes note of your individual needs. I am loving my time at training and recommend to all who want to join a group who are all about the people not the look. Thanks Cathy you are awesome!!

Cath is a knowledgeable and passionate trainer who genuinely wants to help her clients improve fitness and health. Her Eat Move Live challenge is fantastic and the associated resource she gives participants is packed with useful information and tips for healthy eating and exercise plus lots of healthy recipes. I look forward to Cath’s classes which have enabled me to improve my fitness levels during lockdown. No two classes are ever exactly the same and they are always fun and interactive, regardless of whether they are online or at the studio. Cath takes COVID safety and well-being seriously which is reassuring for her clients. There are also lots of additional activities related to healthy eating and lifestyle. Highly recommended!

Training with Cath has been the highlight of my 2022. I feel stronger than I have been before. The sessions themselves are designed to give the body a good wake up. I tend to drag myself to the 6am session and come out of it feeling refreshed and ready to face the world head on. The energy and expertise that Cath puts into the session is quite contagious and creates a space that makes one want to work harder to achieve body and fitness goals. Combine that with the enthusiasm and good cheer all around from the other participants which makes working out at Cath's studio a singularly great experience. I have never been one to enjoy working out but I keep going back....I must love it, hey?!!

I've been working out for a while now via the online In House Studio's Fitness FB group and sometimes face to face (when I can) at the studio and it has, and still is the best thing I could have done to improve my whole well being. Not only from a motivational perspective, but it's fun, an opportunity to meet people, make new friends, increase your fitness. I've also found that the basic chores, like even making the bed is so much easier, I have more get up and go attitude. Even just walking down the street or going for long walks is so much easier. I can now keep up with my husband, in the past I'd have to jog to keep up with him.
