Poor servicing and extremely high cost. Dont know what they're doing. Charged me an exorbitant fee just to check the truck. Booked in for a service and it wasn't even done and i was left with a massive bill. Utterly shameful and a horrible and stressful experience. If youre not a fleet customer good luck

This Daimler dealership cam be considered worst in Melbourne, that I am sure of. They have literally worst customer service. They will not communicate with each other. They are rude and obnoxious. One time they broke my truck DRL(Day time running light) and told me it was like that before I dropped the truck. Once they forgot to put coolant in my truck after service.Recently I booked for service and I dropped the truck on Friday as service was due on Monday. They called me on Monday saying that my truck is not due for service, I insisted that it is due and even sticker on my windscreen says the same. Man but they will argue with you like they are your boss. They said they are not doing anything on the truck and I can pickup my truck.Very next morning on my way to Brisbane I got alert saying top up 3 litres of oil. I called them and I was told I need to top up oil but they will not do service for another 30,000 kms.I called next morning to request that truck should not be alerting this message until its due for service.however Matt is customer service desk told me to stop calling him and was extremely rude. I was surprised to listen the way he was dealing me.P.S. All the 5 star reviews are fake.

Very Unproffesional Service department.Took my truck in for a 60,000kms services and charged a fortune.Upon collection I discovered they damaged the wiring on my driving spot lights and the wiring to my airhorn.After complaining and taking it back to have them repair it, they snapped the bolts removing my bullbar.Tried to say it wasnt there fault and told me a place I could go to get it fixed as they didnt want to take responsibility.After complaining very loudly, they agreed to fix it but I loose another days work.Stay the hell away from this service centre.

I taken my small box truck for regular service. They charged $1823.13 for service including outer rear and inner rear hub oil seal change plus 3 more light bulbs replacement. But the cost is extremely high. This bill includes $165.74 GST and $1134 Labour cost. Finally they took $1584.04.

The worst customer services ever you can find all around the australia is from this place .Their guide line is not working properly , and the staff very rude and unprofessional don’t their personal staff first and keep us waiting in front of the desk to make few personal phone calls then serving the waiting customers .Updated :My car was supposed to be ready by 1:00 pm today that I was dropped it for yearly services there , but now it’s 3:30 and it is not ready , I called and they said it may not be ready today !!!!Are you serious , it is a business car and we can not be without it , also why you take it if you can not make it ready ontime .Also I called Ash but he did not pickup the phone and I left him message .

I made a booking with Daimler laverton on 24 March for April 11th to get my truck PTO ready. After this I personally went in to confirm if they have received all information they need to start the job on 11 April. I was told all good and nothing is needed of me, just drop the truck in on the date and it will be done. I dropped the truck at Daimler laverton 8 am on the day and got a call around 9 to find out what exactly is required so I gave the contact of foreman who was going to do install PTO once Daimler gets my truck programmed and wired for it. But whole day went pass and no one tried to contact them. I called at 5 pm on 11 April and was told there is no notes for me in regards to update on truck. Then I called at 8 pm same again and was told that I will be contacted in morning as the staff member attending my call will leave a note for morning staff to look at. But yet again nothing and I had to give call to service so I can find out what's going on. After this at 8am on 12 april I went to dealership to see what's going on and find out truck is still untouched. Waited until 10 then service desk staff went to talk to technician at last. Took the truck in and now I have been told that they need parts which they don't have at this stage so the truck won't be ready today and not sure about if this will be finished the next day.Very disappointed with how the service is provided. No communication no initiative and no sense of urgency as I have to lose income each day it's draged further. Just hope I get my truck by tomorrow the 13th.

Arriving for parts ALREADY PAID FOR, called number to be told “we will be with you” and inside they saw me. After 5 phone calls and 4 being ignored I was told “we will be with you” .... 40 minutes later GETTING RAINED ON AND LOCKED out had a guy from service walk past and ONLY THEN did I get assistance, even the parts manager didn’t answer my calls. Disgusting and never would I deal with this dealer again, it’s only because the specialty parts I needed were here and not at another Daimler Dealership... terrible and unacceptable service, would not waste my time, will deal with little guys that have enough respect to serve their customers in future

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER.The staff have no idea what they are doing, they give advice against the manufactures guidelines and the response from this review is automated.Worst service center ever. Go anywhere but here.

Should avoid this place as they have no idea what they are doing. I got Mercedes-Benz van still under warranty (less than 6-month-old and about 6,000Km) got the engine light on. I brought there for the engine light check but was charged over $700 for the full service (which did not need to be done yet) but the problem still happened again one week later.
