Amazing salon, wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done!!

Unfortunately it's been easy over a decade or more where I have walked out of a salon disliking my hair. So hard to find a new hairdresser due to Covid. Took my chances however six weeks on, still upset with the length of my hair gone, feathered fringe like the 80s, not long layers as asked but length cut off and the colour not golden blonde but brown n faded which looks so dull. Worst of all the blade of the scissors was run up the entire length of my hair so I no longer have lovely straight n smooth hair but instead just frizz. Every day I hate my hair and it's been six weeks on! First time ever I have come out of a hairdresser with not one friend commenting on my hair like the usual experience of feeling fab and looking great. The curl blow wave dropped one hour after I left the salon. I'm not in the habit of writing reviews that a less than positive but a girl loves her hair and when you walk out after paying a fair penny for hair ( and more than range quoted) that makes you cringe every morning I just had to say something. The salon is lovely and I'm sure the hairdresser had an image in her head of what she thought was possible but failed to explain her version to me or failed to ask me questions to ensure we were on the same page. It was unfortunately so different to mine. I'm now cringing every day and hate my hair. It will grow back so will just have to put it up until then. Isn't it funny how our esteem is tied to our hair look. Wish it wasn't the case but unfortunately for me it's made me feel awful about myself.

Beautiful little salon with a great vibe. Laura & Michelle are so lovely and professional. My hair looks and feels amazing! So much care was put into doing my hair and it really shows in the end result.

I get exactly what I ask for every single time. Attention to detail and satisfying each customer's individual needs is their top priority. The salon is stunning, so modern and always kept sparkling clean. The girls are just lovely, very easy to talk too, and you must feel that they genuinely care about their clients!
