Do not recommend Nick Scali - first and last time I will buy anything from them. After a very long delivery time new tv cabinet was delivered and was damaged. After calling to request a replacement had to wait several weeks to get a resolution - first offer was $150 refund on a product over $1500. After refusing to accept and insisted on a Replacement it still took 2 weeks to be delivered. Very disappointing response and service .

The best furniture store I have ever worked for. Company culture is great. Most are fair and nice. Grace and Lindsay were nice. Some customer issues are unavoidable for the nature of the furniture industry. Customer service can be improved by having a seperate, designated customer service team to handle customers' issues

I would give zero stars. Save your time and go elsewhere! The nick scali products themselves are great but the delivery and pick up was very difficult. The delivery guys delivered the item but Disney pick up the box even though I paid for it. They then didn’t answer their phone and nick scali refused to take any responsibility for it. I spoke to a very rude nick scali agent on the phone (kris) who wouldn’t give me any emails and direct phone numbers and wouldn’t refer me to his manager.

Customer service can be varied.Value for money is probably better than many of other furniture suppliers in Australia. Although this is not a budget store, the process are not on the highest end either and quality is acceptable.

what a shame i have to say. bought a new set of dining table, chairs and bench and there's a chip on the bench which i raised a ticket for a resolution (exchange of course for a new brand product). it's taking them ages to deal with and still no proper answer after 10 business days. Obviously a faulty product been sent from the warehouse and trying to buy time not to do anything about this case. Highly recommend to always check the condition of new products you are buying from this company. i ll write another review with feedback on the head office's response

Don’t buy anything from Nick scali unless you want to accept any with your money. We are victims of a big company!!We bought a marble table and a sofa which cost little less than 10k and now we got the table delivered two weeks ago but it has flaws on the marble. Soon after the delivery guys left we found the blemishes and tried to get in touch with Nick Scali and the useless sales manager was in hurry to not take any responsibility and the overseas customer service didn’t get back to us until we made the calls. The answer we got from them after sending all the photos by their request was not only they will not replace the table straight away but they will send someone to access it. And they said I am lucky to have an appointment for the technician within 4weeks after the delivery. What?!! Are they sending technicians to scrub or repair the marble?!! I will rather buy a 2nd hand scratched table with cheaper price and ask someone to do the job. I cannot believe this company could give the customers who bought a $2700 table that kind of service. And I am still having the faulty table in our living room which has been driving me crazy and I haven’t finished dealing with this unbelievable overseas third party customer care!!Be aware of Nick Scali’s appalling customer service before making the purchase!!!

We paid thousands of dollars for a lounge and the thread is coming off and it looks like some foam is missing as well. Although we have extended the warranty, they refused to fix it. Ask me for $75 after we paid thousands? That’s what you’re missing? The $75 to repair it? Doesn’t make sense to me that as a business, you prefer not to fix a tear in the stitches and prefer to wait until it rips to fully cover it by warranty that will cost you much more.Update 1=======After sending an email as requested in the response below, the response was to contact the support. That’s what I was trying to do in the last 10 months!!! Since then no response from NS. Maybe I should change it to 1 star…Update 2=======After a couple of weeks someone from Nick Scali did call me basically to tell me that not only they are not going to do anything but I need to pay for someone to come and have a look which it completely the opposite to the previous call when they told me some would come to fix the problem.I think the extended warranty worth nothing it’s just another way to make more money. Think if it worths it…

Be very careful that if you take a job ( not recommended ) you read the contract in full. When you leave they become very slippery as to the money they owe you. Be warned !!

Tristan was very helpful and explained everything patiently. I'm aware of the long delivery time and I hope we get our new lounge soon. This review is only about my shopping experience at Belrose store. Customer service was great.
