Over charging and no reciept. I just bougut two vienna sausages and a cheese keansky, then they charged me $18.07! 3 sausages ! The male staff was chatting with his co-worker,.and didn't give me my receipt.

Dissappointing... ordered a turkey and stuffing.. told not available on CHRISTMAS EVE and got fobbed off with some pre-cooked thing... very poor service.

I have been a customer at Barossa for over 10 years and have always found it to be a really nice shop, nice staff good presentation of the smallgoods until recently. The staff are not friendly and are too busy talking among themselves, the smallgoods are not presented well one staff member in particular is too busy packing up the shop at 4.30pm and telling customers they can only pay on card and not cash because she has already counted the till. I got metwurst yesterday and they did not take the skin off and i nearly choked. This is the last straw. Very dissapointed customer

The quality of the meat is top-notch. I love it so much I get all my meat here. They do one thing and they do it splendidly. The customer service is also really great and every time I get served here they serve me with great respect. 5/5 most definitely.

A decent selection of cured & fresh meats. Not a huge shop, has enough to satisfy most people. Unfortunately they use imported pork, that's hugely disappointing as Australia has the best pork & other meats.

We have shopped at Golden Grove shop for many years , however on 4/7/22 we bought two lots of schnitzel's beef and chicken . I enquired about ham of the bone , and was told it was unavailable . So you had a ham which said it was 94% Australian , and i asked the sales assistant was the percentage rite , she said it was 74% ? I queried that and she said because it was on sale it was marked like that . Needless to say we did not buy your ham . I found your ticketing miss leading. There were two assistants and neither we're to fussed if we got served there or not .

High quality meats, cured meats and other awesome goodies. The kind workers always slice things up fresh on request and meats are generally fresher in my opinion versus adjacent supermarkets.
