My Jeep was recalled for a fuel pump issue. Front of house very friendly and helpful. Took a little over an hour for the part to be fitted. Ran a few short errands thereafter. On returning to my car the electrics died and I was standard. I called the Frankston Jeep Service Centre and explained that I had recently left there, the work that was completed and now there is no power to my car. I was told they could look at in in about a week". I asked that someone come to my location (about 2 Klms away). "No" was the response; 'You'll need to get it towed and we might be able to look at it today'. Explained my situation again and was told to call Jeep roadside assist (all at my expense no doubt). Asked to speak with the manager who reluctantly agreed to send someone because I was so close but he could not understand how the work they had done caused this problem. A very nice mechanic arrived and got my car running - A cable had not been reconnected properly by the mechanic who had completed the initial work. Really disappointed with the attempted brush off with no regard to the circumstances they had put me in."

Refused to service my Jeep because I am a new customer even though I purchased it from their branch in Traralgon

Took my Grand Cherokee in to diagnose a shuddering issue. Diagnosis was rear tail shaft boot split $3800 , but also engine oil cooler leaking $1500, rear diff bushes split $500, radiator and water pump leaking $3500 and transmission pump leaking $1000 and more. All up quoted just over 10K.Took the car to a local mechanic for second opinion. Tail shaft CV joint replaced $750. Told minor oil leak and water pump to be replaced next service. Car is running great. Unbelievable.

Had a lighting issue attended to almost immediately with no appointment. The office staff and works department were most pleasant. They have the next service for sure. Phil Goodman

As usual best service staff around, all very pleasant, helpful and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable if you choose to wait in sitting area for your car, or always someone available to take you into town and pick you up when service is done, highly recommend them all....
