I highly recommend Phantom bins. Great communication, so lovely to deal with, prices were unbeatable and quick delivery. Quite rare these days to find good customer service and people that do things just to help you out instead of rip you off so keep up the good work

Just poor communication, booked their service through a third-party website. Tried to call them on all 3 numbers on their website with little success. Booking was made for a Friday delivery and a Sunday pick-up. After the fact I was informed that pick-up cannot be done on Sundays. Monday came and went, bin was not picked-up. Again after numerous calls received a txt message. Sending txt messages as a primary means of communications is not very professional.

These guys dropped a bin to a place I was working at this week. They have small bins and small trucks to fit into small work locations, which suited us. Plenty of size options available.The bin was dropped off in the time frame given and picked up the next day as scheduled. The guys dropping the bin off and picking it up were brilliant and professional. The bin prices were very good. Best around.

I booked my bin online. It was a hassle free process. It was dropped off and taken away without any problems.Great price too, definitely the cheapest company for a 3 cubic metre bin.Highly recommend this company.

The bin provided was a rust bucket with the bottom completely rusted out on two sides. The quoted price was for under 500 kg with a further $65 per 100kg excess, making them one of the most expensive. I paid the excess promptly but they would not and have not issued a receipt. I was told by the lady on the phone that she has 9 children and does not have the time. Avoid at all costs.

Hi these guys are cheap and provided the bin on time .It is a family run business therefore they do not have backup.Unfortunately for me the owner/driver was in hospital therefore they had difficulty getting the bin picked up .The neighbours complained to council and the council got involved.This perhaps assisted with the pick up of the bin as it was on council land .Unfortunately the service is not very professional and due to the fact they do not have backup for situations there is a basic gap in the understanding of running a business to keep customers happy and informed.My rating is purely based on my experience and may differ to others when everything is working for this business .

Ordered a replacement bin which was the only reason they picked up the first bin I ordered, after that was sitting for two months. It's now been over two weeks and the bin hasn't been picked up. I've called, been ignored and given different excuses. Running one truck, breakdowns. I was assured it would be picked up by Weds, and it wasn't. I was told it would be picked up by 8am this morning, and it has not been.This company seems full of excuses, totally unreliable and unprofessional. They don't call back when they say they're going to, if they answer the phone at all.At the time I wrote this the bin had not been removed, and the driver had swore at me and hung up.The first bin had some fibro stuck to the inside that I misunderstood as being a problem. I was angry and apologized and we worked out a solution. The only reason I feel that bin was picked up - after 2 months - was because I ordered another one, as an act of good will due to what had transpired. This is all about bin 2. Which I left numerous messages that were not returned or told that I'd be called back and I wasn't. Last message I got which was 2 weeks after the bin was dropped off, was a text saying it would be picked up by weds. It wasn't, so I called the driver who said it would be picked up by 8 am Thursday. Which is wasn't. When I called at 8am the driver swore at me and hung up. I called back and we had an angry conversation where the first bin was once again brought up. The driver did pick up the bin at 9.15 on Thursday, more than 2 weeks after I requested it to be picked up and many unnecessary phone calls.I don't care about the constant excuses as to why the bin wasn't picked up. I paid money and expected the bin to be removed in a timely manner. Whatever happened with the first bin is irrelevant. And bringing it up reiterates my point. You guys are the worst, and you've brought the worst out in me.
