I had my car service and due to covid and stage 4 I'm obviously concerned about leaving the house, they came to my house to pick up and drop off my car for me, it was a quick turn around and affordable pricing. The level of service and efficiently are greatly appreciated.

Not good at all from my point of view. The boss in TW Auto looks quite talkative, enthusiastic and patient, but be careful to deal with this workshop!!!!!!!!My car was serviced with them.They said the drive shaft bearing leak out oil, and they cleaned with liquor and put on butter. This part they charged me AU$100 which they put on their receipt paper: 1 Fix Drive Shaft Bearing.They mentioned that they put 5W 40 Engine oil when doing service and will charge AU$130 for the minor service which I had my car done with them.In total AU$230 not a big deal, I did not even put that in mind although my car is only 2 years old and in very good condition.However, today I went to Car Dealer for an inspection of the oil leaking pro., the local 4s mechanic said: looks like the engine oil they put on was not 5W 40 Engine oil, and your drive shaft bearing is NOT leaking oils at all. I say nothing, but I have got a question here: Can we just clean drive shaft bearing with liquor or water, put butter on and then totally fix up the oil leaking problem?It is good to share story, but it is all from my point of view. Up to your decision to go with them or not.All the best, guys.

Service here numerous times. Good fix and reasonable price. The shop is amazing, if not the best. And you could drop them message in FB to get a estimated quote first. Keep up the good work!

Terrible poor customer service…crazy over priced it's clearly shows greedyness towards the money..All 5 stars dodgy as well

I have a very great experience with TW automotive today. Staff is very friendly, approachable, professional. They are very patient and explained clearly with car problem and how they gonna repair. The price is very reasonable.Especially the machinists have more than 25 year experience, and can analyze car problem very accurately and fix the real problem. They provide very helpful advices and won’t imply or encourage me to change the parts.I am very gladful to meet them and let them look after my car. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Not always the cheapest, but always the most suitable for the owner and cost effective.Let's say I ain't the kind of people would install cheap toy grade parts to my car just because it's cheap.If this applies to you, TW Automotive maybe your pit stop.

I wanted to find a honest small independent workshop in my local area, but it is not the experience I've had.Booked a appointment for RWC inspection only to find out when I arrived at the workshop that they were too busy that day. Owner turns me away and says 'will call you later'.Rebooked for another day and dropped the car off. Owner had organized to drop me off at home.The owner tells me he will arrange a pickup service when the car's ready. LOL, a mechanic from TW automotive turns up in my driveway in my own car to 'pick me up'.Not too impressed with the service, decided to check dash cam footage. Interestingly my dash cam gets bumped a few times before it turns itself off at TW automotive and weirdly, turns back on at a different workshop. It records itself driving back to TW automotive. Turns out TW automotive does not do their own RWC.Overall it could be a bit more professional and transparent. It is not appropriate to turn off customers dash cam.I've sold the car now anyway but I would not be using this service again.

Repeated customer until I found out that our car was intentionally damaged to get me to go back and get more repairs done. I also found out that his quotes were all overpriced compared to other car repair places. Dishonest. Do not trust the owner who appears friendly and trustworthy, he is not.

Friendly service at very affordable price. Can trust these guys with my car. Taking all my cars to service here.

I would like to everyone know this Business is really bad, and i feel like you don't have enough experience. How you can you informed me to pay cash right before I pick up my car? And how did it take almost 2weeks to repair car?? As you told me that it will take more days to repaire my car like perfect condition, do i need to send you my car again because when i open back door, i can hear noisy which is a screw is moving around from back door. It is ridiculous and i don't understand why i need to waste my time to send you car for second time.
