My daughter had her vaccination today at Jesmond health sure . The nurse we seen was Yasmin. She was absolutely incredible. So gentle. So informative and so professional! My girl only had a little cry and fell straight to back to sleep. Yasmin you’re amazing !! Thank you

I have great respect for the quality and professionalism of Dr's Smart and Lane.Dr Smart has been my go to for quite some time and has always taken the time to understand my specific patient history and situation (it's not a short story either...).I've recently started seeing Dr Lane who is prompt to address concerns and educate where possible, further empowering my own ability to manage my healthcare and symptoms.Kudos ladies, I appreciate ya!

Dr Mahroof is wonderful and understanding. He goes above and beyond to care for your needs. The reception and administration staff are all lovely as well. Can't fault my experiences there.Recommended to anyone needing a caring physician. Thank you Healthsure Jesmond.

I told the receptionist that i was sitting outside to wait for my appointment instead of in the waiting room so she knew i was out there and asked that when the Dr called my name could she let her know I was out there and she said that was fine with that. The seat was just outside the main glass doors so I was in full view of the Dr and all of the reception staff. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment, then when the Dr called my name, i couldn't hear because i was outside the main doors, not one receptionist told the Dr I was out there, the Dr didn't think to ask if I was her patient she was calling as she was standing right there at the doors, if it wasn't for one of the kind ladies in the waiting room that came out and asked my name I would still be sitting there waiting to be called, then the Dr just turned her back on me and walked towards her room, no greeting no nothing, she was very rude and not welcoming at all and lucky I only needed a prescription because she isn't somebody who you could talk to about any medical problems as I felt I was just an inconvenience to her, I am now looking for another Dr surgery.

I was NOT happy with the GP I saw today. She showed no care or expertise as far as I'm concerned.But was happy to 'slap' a sticky note on my prescription as I was about to leave.I asked her what that was, and she said to give it to reception for it was a note for being an long appointed with her. My wait time for her was much much longer.

Friendly staff from the ladies at the front desk, to the nurses, my doctor, even the pathology lady is lovely and friendly. Can be a bit of a wait at times, but that is all doctor surgeries.

Receptionist are very friendly and supportive. Dr Mahroof has been my GP for the past 10 years and I would never replace him with someone else. Some doctors are unsupportive and very rude.

I booked an appointment here for the first time because of all the great 5 star reviews below, so I thought I’d give them a try. Unfortunately my recent experience has not been similar to the others below.Firstly, my appointment was booked for 3:30pm, and as a courtesy I arrived 10 mins early at 3:20pm. I was told to sit outside the practice, while everyone else got to sit inside. This is after showing the receptionist my negative Covid test AND wearing a mask. Then I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 4:10pm. So we’re off to a great start. The initial appointment with the doctor went well, she gave me a medical cert for the rest of the week off as I have a chest infection. She told me to take it easy over the weekend and see how I go. I end up being sick for the weekend and also needing the Monday off work. The Monday wasn’t included in my original certificate, so I called the practice first thing on Monday morning to see if the doctor could include it for me, seeing as she only assessed me a few days ago. Shockingly, the doctor refused this, which has left me in an awkward position. I live 50 minutes away from the practice, I’m not well enough to drive and this doctor doesn’t do Telehealth (online) appointments, leaving me without a solution. As if I hadn’t already paid enough for the first consultation just a few days ago. I’m honestly just speechless at this terrible service. I’m genuinely really sick and I just feel completely discarded.
