Andrew’s therapy talents are fantastic! I was in desperate need of someone to turn to at a very rough patch in my life when Thinkshift came highly recommended, and while psychotherapy was certainly a mystery Andrew had me talking & at ease during our initial consultation! I knew I was in the right place! His Havening & Brainspotting techniques have & will continue to help me through tough times, the four sessions I spent with him were worth their weight in gold!
