Had the pleasure of working with Emogene. We had a fantastic experience, she was very knowledgeable and was not afraid to give us her honest opinion which was very much appreciated. Always professional and personable. Suits were exactly what we had hoped for. We will go back, and have recommended our friends to visit Emogene.

We walked in without an appointment as we were at our wits end trying to find the right suit for our wedding. Emogene welcomed us even though we were not booked and helped us immensely. My wife showed her pictures of her dress and Emogene immediately found the perfect match for me as well as my Groomsman and Grooms woman to suit the wedding dress which was not your typical white dress. Everything was ordered and paid for and we were never stressed once in Emogene's hands. I can not praise her or InStichu high enough and my wife and i will be back to purchase our work and formal clothing. Thank you Emogene, you were an integral piece of our wedding day puzzle.

I had my wedding suit and 4 groomsmen’s suits made for my recent wedding. Billy did a great job of everything from helping with the designs and measuring us up, right through to ensuring everything fit well and was ready on time. They also did a great job coordinating two out-of-town groomsmen having theirs measured and fitted at the Sydney and Perth showrooms. It was such a fun experience, made even better by Billy’s sense of humor and fun (and making sure we always had a beer in hand if we were waiting on anything).

I ordered 3 tuxes for my wedding and couldn’t be happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the suits. Jordan and the rest of the team were great throughout, thank you very much!

My partner had decided for our wedding that he wanted a pink tuxedo jacket so we scoured around trying to find one to no avail. Then we came across Institchu in Brisbane and the very lovely Eva! Can’t recommend her enough! And yesterday we picked up our custom pink tuxedo jacket and I am in awe of how amazing it is! Turn around time was not very long and the quality of the jacket is next level. Highly recommend for your next wedding or even to spoil yourself for your next suit. They also have custom women’s suits available as well!!! Thanks so much Eva you are a legend!!

I have used InStitchu multiple times, firstly for custom made shorts and long sleeve shirts, followed by a second time where I ordered two suits (including a suit for a wedding party).I particularly want to thank Blake Tobin who made a special effort to help me throughout, going as far to help in an appointment I had booked when he was not usually available.In my experience often a minor adjustment or two was needed in the clothes on initial delivery (as would be expected for any made to measure business). Blake was beyond accomodating with this process, even offering to fully remake clothing if desired, without hesitation. These updated pieces were then sent via express mail when urgently needed.For these reasons I would recommend InStitchu, however in particular I would commend Blake. He also has great taste in menswear and can help guide any decisions. Many thanks.

We ordered 7 suits for out wedding. Most of the suits had mistakes, too small (by a long way- pants came to half way down shins and a vest half way down torso) , wrong details on the pants and shirts, wrong fabric. We had to get several pieces remade. Finally we thought we got it all sorted and then found pins left in the pants from alterations that were never made. Would not recommend to anyone.

My experience with Emogene and the team at Institchu in Brisbane purchasing the suits for myself and mu groomsmen was fantastic so much so that I bought an additional suit for a friends wedding.There service was great and the prices are reasonable for the experience you get, they definitely have a repeat customer.

Could not be happier with my experience. Highly recommend Emogene who is very professional, very experienced, and very pleasant to deal with. She has a natural eye for style and made excellent recommendations for colour, cuts, and combinations. I felt confident enough to leave most of the decision making to her and I'm so happy with the garments I immediately ordered more. I will never buy off-the-rack again.

Ordered 4 suits and 3 shirts from the Brisbane show room. Quality and services is comical. Nightmare experience.Went for a measurement session and selected fabric. Paid, left and just needed to wait.Then we were informed fabric was actually out of stock one week later. We had to go went back to select another fabric. Sure. Mistake happens. No issue.Many weeks later. We booked an appointment to pick up the suit after some alterations.We went there, sitting in the showroom, waited 15 min for the stylist to come to see us. Only been told they can’t find our suits?We asked them to post it pot to us as we can’t find another time to go back.They said yes.3 days later, we received only 2 suits and 3 shirts in the post, missing 2 suits with no explanation.And one of suits that arrived were ripped internally.It’s Wednesday night and wedding is Saturday. My partner doesn’t have his suit. What a mess.Should have read the recent reviews before going to them.
